It's a new focus in avante garde smut that Savin has never experimented with before. I think he called it the "threesome".
I think he ecperimented with it already. Like Kaede and that other npc (Anno or other one) scene including PC. That already "threesome". He even tried more mythical "foursome" once. And till then we not seen him ever again trying touch the fluff... "foursome".
