I visit it, but just to meet them and make friends.

Which is probably weird, CoC2 being CoC2
Sorry I realize I wasn't being clear. To access that area (as far as I'm aware) you'd have to submit/dom (kind of) Arona or sic Brint on her. That's why if I have Brienne or my character romanced someone else already I wouldn't have access to that area.

Just defeating her works, it just takes longer to build up her Sub stat.

sacrificed to the bimbo armor so his sister will dom
I wouldn't say it's the bimbo armor. It's the tradwife armor. It makes her monogamous. If she stayed polygamous (like Brint seems to be? Or at least, he's open to fucking others, even if he has an interest in only pursuing a romantic relationship with the Champ) then it would would be the bimbo armor.
Huh, the more you know.
To make it a bit more clear, here's the page on the wiki for Arona, where it describes how her dominance/submission works. Riding Arona or Breed Orcs->Fuck Her increase it by 25, so you can get her quest in just four fights, but most other post-victory scenes give the same amount of dominance, +15. Whether you have Brint fuck her, interrogate her, or just leave, it's a +15 change.

Until he opens his mouth about my companions, and the sht he pulls (lust magic)
the lust magic is prob my favorite part, lol
Ey you do you, man. I think his personality is basically Iron Man x porn, but without any of the charm. Now that I think about it, Takahiro fits that description too.
look, it's not like there's a veritable smorgasbord of men to be had. A lot of the male content is either gated behind dumb shit, or feels like it was written by a straight guy while his dick shriveled in protest. Anything not in those categories (so p much Wsan/BubbleLord) is a precious resource to some of us.

People who don't like Cait being open with others confuse me, monogamy for thee but not for me. I don't get it.

You get plenty of that...power fantasy I guess? with other characters and companions already to a ridiculous extent in this universe.

And I kinda feel like Cait is the most well rounded character it's just you're not 100% the focus of some of it. She's got a goal, she's got a job, a faith and stuff going on AND she'll drop it all to pay attention to you on request.
I don't dislike her for being open. I have zero qualms about that, in the culture of this game its very clear this is a culture where the strong and the extroverted absolutely dominate. It makes sense this is a culture where its completely okay for strong men and females to have huge harems, where it's okay for females to join religions where its about sharing pleasure to the world. I have no problems with Cait being Poly.

My problem is.

if you been following Fonexo as long as I have, you will know that Cait was the first companion, which means her father and sister going missing was literally one of the first missions we ever got. Making it one of the most hyped missions in the game. We waited literal YEARS for it. And i didn't want to say anything originally for I didn't want to offend the creators. But after years of hype for one of the biggest waited events, and all we get was a small fight that didn't even really count as a boss fight? Then the dialogue of what happens next just felt so... it just felt like a bloody let down.

Finding Caits father should of been so much bigger then what it was. I mean no disrespect to the staff, but this was literally one of the most waited events for years, and it felt like a total let down.

Then after that, I really didn't see any growth in Caits character, in her goals, in her views on the hero, in her views on herself, in her views on demons. I just want to see the character grow as a person. She can keep the whole sex nympho personality, idgaf, I just want to see the friendship grow, and honestly unrealistically id like to see the whole reuniting with her dad get a rework. It really should of gotten it's own dungeon.

Vise versa Ryn freeing herself from her sister was also a event that was equally hyped but got WAYYYYY more love then finding caits dad, so at this point I worry, if by the time we find caits sister, that it will be given the same treatment as finding her dad. Just a very very lack luster boss fight, some dialogue then done.

I believe the reunion with Calla will get the love and drama it deserves. It's probably going to be the very end of the game, maybe she'll even be the pre-final boss. I mean she is the catalyst that set in motion the whole subsequent chain of events, it can't be that the creators just brought the bus back with her after the end of the main story, they can't, can they?

Let me make very clear that I am not taking the position that you are un-entitled to this opinion. I am taking the position that it is much more appropriate in the forum for content that you want rather than a fair criticism of the game.

I say that for the following reason. You say that you waited years for her father's quest to get development and resolution before it was released, but you aren't thinking about how a game like this takes shape. It does not simply start with all characters accounted for and every single thread that will be in the game worked out in advance. It starts out with relatively concrete ideas about the starting circumstances of the PC, the world and the general direction the pot will go. Only after starting implimentation, endless meetings and feedback do things take on a more solid shape.

This is because a key component of these games is associate writers contributing content, and that content either gets the yea or the nay from the project lead. Those contributions are not something that are always anticipated in the initial blueprint because when Hawketorne and the first characters you would interact with were being designed, there was no guarantee that The Observer was going to pen, submit and have Kiyoko accepted and implemented. Due to the facts of that dynamic, a lot of early design decisions will be based around characters that are guaranteed to be in the game. It is not an accident that Cait was created by Savin - because Savin could pretty reasonably count on himself as a creator to contribute to the project in which he is the lead.

Creating Cait in the beginning to get the ball rolling was never a declaration that she would receive anthing. Celise is the first companion you get in Tits - different lead on that project- but the fact is that her being featured in key art and being among the first people you interact with was likewise never a declaration of prominence.

Its just the result of having to start the game somewhere and featuring the few characters made at the game's start to advertise and introduce the world. That's all it is and that's all it ever was. There was never a promise to the contrary and anything the developers do with the characters after that point is completely discretionary.

This is an issue of when characters are available to showcase and what a developer can count on when first creating the project. Not a promise made and broken to the community because the promise was never there.

I would love the world to be filled with futa dommy women that will inflict status afflictions/transformations and bad-ends on the PC because Kassyra is clearly that, features prominently and is on the banner. But none of those factors are promised to me -nor should they be. If I am suficiently motivated to see the content, I should write and submit it myslef - and even there there is a backlog of submissions and a limited amount of time the coders have to do the work. I am not the only person the creators are writing for and I have to take that into account. The math of what goes into these games is complicated and sometimes decisions are made at the outset that are not intended as promises of future content.

I have a minor gripe..
No one besides the Valkyrie sun mommys, Lumia herself (obviously) Alieh & spud to a point, Lia & Sanders & my fav cowgirl Serena acknowledge the champ is a Valkyrie. Ryn, Dal & Elthara make no comment at all, even Hethia doesn't say anything.

... I completely fail to see what all of this has anything to do with the fact that rescuing Cait's dad feels like a complete letdown compared to the build-up it received both in-game and out-game?

Etheryn, Arona, and Azyrran all have special content for Valk Champ if they're in the party when she's learning the ult from Annika.

Could stand to be more, though. Who knows~

I am going to try to do something novel for me and not react to this in the back-handed sarcasm I am prone to. I promise you, it is an effort. Instead, I will quote the relevant parts that you may not have read to completion.

Let me make very clear that I am not taking the position that you are un-entitled to this opinion. I am taking the position that it is much more appropriate in the forum for content that you want rather than a fair criticism of the game.
It is fair to be dissatisfied with the implementation of an event, but whether or not the event lived up to expectations is subjective. I had no issues with the material as presented, since the real matter of rescue that kicked the game off is her sister. She is the primary subject for rescue, and rescuing her father creates an entire temple complex outside of Hawkethorne complete with new characters. You might not appreciate this, but it means a lot that the developers committed dedicated space to characters and a temple that only appears once this bit of quest is done - and there's no reason to believe there's nothing else planned for it. I am strongly under the impression that you don't have a clear understanding of what kind of writing and coding work goes into that kind of commitment, and so you experience it as a letdown. Either way, you feeling like this falls short is a subjective experience as is the idea that this was a highly anticipated event. Not everyone anticipates the same thing for these games, so no matter how much you personally felt like the event was hyped up. You are projecting your preferences and likes surrounding this game to the rest of the player base, and it is causing you shock when quest resolution does not meet the expectations you think everyone else surely has.

It's fine if cat-girl bimbos are your bag, but we're not all here for that.
Creating Cait in the beginning to get the ball rolling was never a declaration that she would receive anything. I hope the targeted quotes and bold lettering clears things up for you.

Well, I guess no matter how much Minoblood Wine you drink, you're still a phony compared to the REAL minotaur. The Champion just doesn't seem to be able to impregnate Elthara as good as Brint do, even if he transforms himself on 100%.
It's a little sad that we can't give a lustful priestess the same big swollen belly and happiness-fogged gaze as our bull comrade. Looks like something you can get only natural.

I dunno how important finding Barney was actually supposed to be, but I think for those of us who were around in the early days, some things felt more important than they really were, just because they existed. Like, there was a time when I thought Ninian and Eryka were going to be important, lol.

It's definitely a scripts coding issue rather than a something explained by the laws of magical biology, but it still makes you feel like a fake.
so the entire fantasy is stupid in the first place.
Oh, come on. Any fantasy will seem stupid if you apply a little logic and common sense to it.
That's not why I play games like this, to think about that life with very large breasts is a constant hell of back pain or sex with a centaur should probably end up like the infamous Kenneth Pinyan incident.

Brint is my bro, but I'm not letting him get his stuff close to my main Champion's, and it's always frottage when the elf boy pops up. The prevalence of certain scenes means hoping the characters in question have alternative ones.

Some people like creativity in their smut despite how things would turn out to be in real life. And said creativity can be very arbitrarily applied. Of course, it's a case of "different strokes for different folks".
Sadly, I am biased since realism plays a relatively big role for me. I want my erotica to seem enjoyable, not something that makes me wince. Still, judging the aplication of logic upon fantasies and porn/erotica products is mostly pointless. :ghost:

I'm in the 'more bff friendship content with Cait' boat to give her more character development, and make her more interesting outside of her sexuality and religion. Either purely platonic moments where Cait can show her personality outside of sexytimes a bit more, or just more Cait and the Champ slutting it up together on equal footing with various other NPCs after hanging out a bunch. Would work a lot better than trying to build a romantic relationship. For me, Cait's appeal is in having another sexually open character like my champ along for group content. But outside of that, she's admittedly pretty boring when it comes to one-on-one interactions with her (that aren't sex-related, at least), so that's where she needs some love.

Cool to know that she'll have more development regardless in the next big main story area.

Shame she can't get preggo along with my PC in any groupseggs (butt eggs don't count) but I know that's pretty unlikely to ever happen for her character. But I can dream

If i had to name some "gripes" it has to be the combat.I dont get why devs care about it so much as to keep having patches(like the latest one) dedicated or having many changes to it.Back in coc1 the combat was just the medium used to get the sex scenes and nothing else. And that was perfect, that was how it should be.But now someone can say "But the surrender button exists so you can get the scenes easily so where is the problem?".I agree the surrender button is immensly helpful BUT the problem comes with the existance of these combat related patches. The team behind coc2(devs writers coders etc) is a relatively small team so by dedicating time and recources to making irrelevant patches(Yes i consider combat to be irrelevant since this is a porn game and its only function should be to serve as a medium to have sex.Plus since power fantasy is close to none in the game combat really doesnt matter) they are wasting precious tim,e they could have used to make the game better. So either ignore the combat completely and focus soley on the porn game aspect of a porn game keko or,i dare to say, enable some power fantasy in your fantasy game!
