How? Did you not get the necklace? Did you make the wrong choice at the capsite?
To be fair CoM is fairly hard without a guide, and as for the necklace you can lock yourself out either by choosing [gross] when looking at the painting or just saying no to picking it up.

Regarding the necklace, I was always pretty sure [Gross] was just the opt-out of Kiyoko's content considering that mural told you everything you needed to know about what her content would be like. Didn't think you could refuse to pick up the necklace and not come back for it though.

Ah, no you're right about the picking it back up part. I always forget that's an option.

I think that we could still have an option to tell Karmen to buzz off with her nightly excursions. Consent is in order.
This is why you always keep the good ol' frosthammer under your pillow, and your entire posse of weird nymphomaniac groupies hiding behind the door with cricket bats whenever you go to sleep.

Champions need not pay taxes, whether they be taken from one purse or the other.

-Masturbation immediately resulting in the champion sleeping, and advancing a day (what possible narrative reason?).
Its the advancing a day part that gets me. Correct me if I'm wrong but in the first CoC the champ would pass out but then wake up a few hours later if they took the masturbate action right?

-Training inconsistency.
Could you elaborate and be more clear about what you mean by this? Its pretty hard to know what you mean just from the word "training" seeing as though there are quite a few scenes in the game that would fall under that term.

-Carmen's blue balls scene (no way to avoid).
This is just factually untrue. I literally didn't even know about this scene until I specifically made a new character that I was trying to play as celibate for a joke. In a game where (almost) everyone you talk to is willing to be dicked down or dick you down you really have to go out of your way on purpose to not be getting any action. Also doesn't it technically count as a dream scene? There is an option to turn those off entirely in the menu.

A few of those were answered above, like it not being a dream sequence (it will happen with them turned off), same as with Viv's milking scene.

But yes, in COC1 the time was just advanced a few hours after the masturbation. That seems a much better choice overall, even if it's something like 3 hours. And for the record I have no idea how Champ can have orgies and just get up and walk away after multiple orgasms, but has to take a nap however long after being visited by Ms Hand and her five daughters. I'm going to attribute it to the Champ's sex prowess just being that freaking good and it causing some sort of positive feedback loop of some kind that the universe just can't deal with.

So speaketh the Antler, so it shall be.
Careful now, my ego is already approaching critical mass.

I thought this just went without saying. It's also why everyone and their cousin is thirsting for the champ clamp, they're a sexual eldritch abomination that lesser minds are drawn to.

This is the reason there is no ascension ending, they're already a force beyond mortal comprehension that is only kept in check because their very nature has them focused solely on the procurement of more secks rather then pondering on things long enough to realize they're pretty much God.

It's also why Mallach will not soul bind champ under any circumstance. Forget the whole 'Mallach does not do soulbinds', it's actually because their fields of influence overlap far too much, and a spiritual connection would result in the stronger of the two involuntarily assimilating the other into their being. cat god knows better then to pick that battle.

We just need more masturbation options:

  • Cheeky little wank: into the next quiet corner, put Cait's boobs on the mind player, 5 minutes, done
  • Proper Five vs. Johnny: An elegant game from a more civilized age. Take an hour or two, browse your reference material, take your time, relax.
  • The deluxe wankathon: Clsoe yourself in, start organizing your wank bank, edge yourself ever closer but stop short for hours on end until it's time to play fireman and dancer and cum till you fall unconscious.

More likely, it's that Mallach's (apparently) favoured people (Catfolk) are already available as a playable race and don't have any special abilities or magic spells. Ditto Sorra. If you want to be remade in Sorra's image, just stock up on Golden Harpy Eggs. Velun would actually be interesting to see, but alas.

Not for nothing but this is exactly why I play multiple save files and sometimes just leave it at a certain point.

Yeah we've seen a lot of that sentiment on this thread. Just know you're not alone.
When i brought the necklace to the matriarch I forgot what I picked and then the item disappeared. Maybe that's the wrong part. Altho since I strictly play vag!champion idk how to rescue kiyoko.

I ended up playing new save file just to check brint breaking champion's virginity scene (it was so good and worth the hassle). There are a couple non minotaur npc I'm interested in bedding, but most of them are only found in late game. I'm collecting different races in the nursery so

At least in new save point I saved the prince and princess but it seems he can't get champion pregnant. Aw.

You need to at least have a bit of a relationship with Kiyoko I think. Rescuing her requires having at least 4 kids with her, including Kinu. You can get around being a herm by getting a special piercing from Evergreen that makes a glowlight dick grow from your clit, which also lets you knock up Kiyoko.

Maybe that's just to meet with Komari and keep the amulet. Because I remember specifically being told by Keros he needed at least 4 kids to free Kiyoko from the Astral Plane.

you are horribly misremembering that scene because Keros doesn't even mention that you would get her pregnant. All he says is that she needs your essence to create a physical body for her.

Last character she had around a dozen children (enough for 7 tails) when she got released, I still couldn't keep the amulet. That was on my Black Mage who kinda really fucking liked that amulet just for its stats, which was why she had so many kids. Keros keeps the amulet afterwards, the big floofy dickbag. It's why Komari gives you an amulet on meeting her to begin with, so you have a replacement... that is a defensive swap for one of the best offensive amulets in the game. Really shit trade, and honestly considering I tend to be very floofed out and almost never do anything with Kiyoko post release I might just "forget" to release her on my White Mage tbh...

Hmm. Decided to verify and sure, he doen't say to get her pregnant. Maybe it got reduced, or I got mixed up because Keros has special reactions if you free Kiyoko with certain numbers of kids. It's especially funny if you have 32 or so since Keros just goes full jaw drop.

Um, I don't understand how to get the special anal virginity loss scene for Cait and Salwah to proc. I wanted to make Cait's first time special since I like her and the wiki says she has to be an anal virgin. I have a magicock that I normally keep disabled and I haven't touched her butt. (´・ω・`)?

do you know if anyone else has poked her in the butt? Like some marked mercs, or maybe a marefolk shaman.

No, I usually beat them pretty easily even on dark mode... I have no idea who or what took her virginity, and that's the problem.

I wish there was like, a short scene after her virginity is taken, like a small conversation between Cait and us discussing it and how she feels about it. It seems pretty important to her from what I gather, so I'm really confused as to why it's so easy to have it get taken away, with no indication as to how...

The safest way to ensure Cait doesn't lose her dark cherry is to leave her at the inn until you get to Evergreen and unlock the Waystones, and explore enough of the valley to get a direct line to the part of it where her Dad is hiding out. Then take her there, do the bargain for her Dad's location and make a bee line for her dad's location, do the reunion and the subsequent battle. Then, just avoid having sex with her until you unlock Sally's sex menu and voilà.

And I don't understand people calling his mind magic a harmless prank when it's a lot closer to groping than putting someone's stapler in jello.
And while the Tui talk was confirmed to be wrong by Bubble and going to be changed, I have to admit I got a good laugh when, for all his memeing on players not reading and misinterpreting Quin's content, he himself admitted to never having read the two paragraphs of Tui's companion talk.
Because I didn't write it and don't ask companions what they feel about my companion when I play the game, as I play the game while preparing to add/write my own new additions. This is pretty normal across all writers. Very few writers know the entirety of what other writers have in their content unless it's important to whatever they are working on. Bad take and likely not the first.
Was she? While that would make since, do you have a link or a screenshot to Bubble saying that Tui's lines weren't accurate?

The writing doesn't really need much coding. Yeah, there's coding, but that's done by coders after the writer is done, and when doing the writing itself, the closest you get is using parsers and setting up scene variations.
They aren't accurate. This, again, is normal. A lot of people love to hate on Quin but continue to reach and push that he's some serial rapist. I also love this new thing of "well he sexualizes everything" when you, the PC, sexualize any character anytime you meet them and then begin analyzing their "assets".

Stupid logic as stupid does.

I agree, simply because I'd say about 70% of the people in Savarra cross sexual boundaries and plenty among them assault people. It's weird to single him out of a vast array of rape-y characters.

I'm hopeful that we'll get to see a softer side of Quin, or what a corruption path would look like for him.

My only issue with Quinn is that event of his in the evening where he asks if the Champ is in for some taleer loving and you got the [In] and [Out] buttons, it was fun the first time but it procs way too often. It should proc once, then if you want it again it should be in his sex menu, similar to the "All Night Blowjob" scene for Brint.

That and the forced quests for recruiting him into the party and to then have to train him, which forces my Paladin character that just wanted to escort him to safety and then just keep an eye on him to go through a lot of (expensive) stuff that he doesn't care about since he's never going to recruit Quin. My own fault for having OCD about open quests I guess, but oh well. Don't get me wrong, the new training quest was fun and my Charmer enjoyed it a lot but, yeah, maybe make it pop via a button in Quin's menu, and never have the join quest pop if you haven't actually asked Quin about joining first?

I genuinely do not understand why people like this character if they get pickled about people mentioning he's a morally questionable sleeze bag a good deal of the time.

Once he's in the tavern, your interactions with him make that aspect of his character fairly darn clear, like I know some people skip around on the reading but come on now.

I'm saying this as someone who enjoys his content when they're in the right mood. Maybe the character just isn't for you, at least for now. I do believe a sort of 'redemption arc' is planned for him with the weapon and armor training being the start of that, so if it's just him looking hot in his bust image you should be able to get a more overly wholesome character attached to it one day.

EDIT: I am just now realizing you have written this character.

I am now even more perplexed by your displeasure at how people characterize him in this case.

I was excited to try out Cassidy since they're the first support orientated summon, but their performance imo has been underwhelming. Unlike companions, we do not have the option to control summons manually so we must rely on the summon's AI to get things done. The AI does a decent job for most summons since dealing damage is not too complicated, but when it comes to Cassidy's use of their two supportive powers, Holy Ward and Resplendent Aria, the AI fumbles quite a bit.

When summoned, Cassidy will use Holy Ward on an ally with the least amount of health and will maintain that stance on that ally indefinitely unless interrupted. The issue I've had is when they use Holy Ward on someone that doesn't need a HoT like Cait or Etheryn compared to your party's tank who was passed over because they have higher health. Another issue I've had is that Holy Ward is a good stance to reset but the AI doesn't seem programmed to do stance resetting. This is a shame because it would be a much better use of their turns when Arias of Waves is on cooldown than making basic attacks for unimpressive damage. Resplendent Aria is a great power, but Cassidy seems just as likely to use it on an ally who used a 2 Recharge power as they would on an ally who used a 4 recharge power.

Overall I'm let down by this summon since on paper they seem great but they're just not living up to their potential. For them, I really wish can control summons manually especially if more support summons are planned for the future.

Also, a general gripe I've had about summons is that after getting summoned they get put at the end of the turn order before they can take action. Like, compare a summoner who rolled last vs first. Last is already at the end of the turn order so the power taking effect at the end is no issue. But for first, having their power take effect at the end is no different than having gone last except now you've let the enemy act before you or twice (depending on which party rolled higher) before you do anything else in the round. It's just generally worse to roll high on initiative as a summoner. The easy fix imo is to have them act immediately after you summon them, then have summons roll for initiative for the following rounds.

No, I'm not saying he isn't sleazy or whatever (if this is a reply to me), I just don't understand why it's a gripe that he's like that. People can have their gripes but I'm confused as to why he's singled out in that regard.

I mean I also like Quin but I also still find his sleaziness and heavy sexualization of women off-putting. But at least even the most horny characters like Cait and Arona comments about something other than wanting to fuck them while Quin when it comes to women or any feminine characters like Berwyn only ever talks about how much he wants to fuck them.

I never thought of him as rapey asshole since I find major npcs like evergreen creepy and companions&other npcs like Arona and their rapey selves and the asshole behavior just as dislikable.

But I guess he gets picked on a lot just bc he doesn't fit into what most ppl that plays this game are into since he's a guy and all. Also considering he's also a companion, a major npc. And at least Arona has gotten better with her expansion.

As I mentioned before though Quin just needs content and redemption arc in general but there are plenty of discussion that pops into this forum time to time about him. While not every comment of him are justified I do feel like there's also plenty comments by ppl who dislike Quin has been reasonable as well though.

His newest armor expansion is definite step in right direction though. Hope with more of his content ppl find him more acceptable.
