Why does it feel like everyone always wants to make a dom a sub? It seems kind of... concerning.
I'm not sure really, I think it's a mix of wanting more Dom content, and/or the fact that there's a certain appeal to making a typically aggressive person get into takin' it hard. I personally don't actually have any desire to dominate Lund, but I'd like the possibility to be there so that's it's symmetrical. Basically just a mix curiosity, altruism, and a love of Wsan's writing.
I think some of it has to do with the fact that these are games, and doms represent something between a challenge and a villain, i.e. something to overcome and make part of your trophy collection.
It's easy to write a dom that people don't constantly clamour to break, of course - just don't make them overtly abusive. I've never seen anyone ask for the ability to turn Xanthe into a sub, for instance.
To be fair, people don't really talk much about her to begin with. So I am not sure that we can say much in respect to the number of people who desire to dom her.
Fair enough. I still think she's a good template for writing a dom without having a hundred people clamouring for a way to make her eat shit.
I guess it does make sense if people don't like the way Lund acts, he isn't exactly a nice pupper.
That is coming up pretty soon, actually! My prior Lund commissioner wants some dom scenes done, so that'll happen.
Wouldn't think about it too deeply tbh. It's part of the appeal of porngames for a lot of people.
The reason I want to break him isn't cause he's a dom. It's cause he's an asshat, and I want to give him his just deserts.
Also, it adds a bit of realism and variation to it, and makes it so the character can be enjoyed by a larger audience.
Breaking a Dom is the exact opposite of realism.
But I think that this does point out the bigger root problem which is that 90% of the Dom's in the game are total assholes and everyone wants to bring that type down a peg.
I believe it's added realism in the sense that Steele is able to retaliate instead of not being able to for no reason.
Lund is definitely a bit of a dick. The first thing he does is call you a dumb alien and poke you in the chest, after all. I'm not surprised people want a bit of retaliation, and besides, he's not really a dom. That's just how he treats you, the dumb alien outsider.
Glad you guys like her! I enjoyed writing her. Unfortunately there probably won't be much of a continuation as the original commissioner has run into financial trouble. It's a bit of a miracle she ended up complete at all, really.
Stella knows what she wants and sure isn't afraid to go and get it!
ohgawd there were a lot of grammar errors in stella's scenes. My inner grammar nazi was cringing while reading some of the lines btw.
Were there? Feel free to point them out and I'll go over them. I write in a very messy style which can end up with disjointed sentences and shit.
I'll have to go over the scenes again that I noticed, just curious Wsan but did you let anyone give the submission a editing review pass? I'm surprised these things slipped past Fenco's razor like eagle eyes.

I do want to point this out though since I remember it off the top of mah head.
Balls parser isn't calling correctly, imho my character doesn't have balls yet the scenes are showing that I do?
