But lucky haven't you heard that male/maleherm/cuntboy submissions get rejected in favour of female submissions

...Also you spelled shekels wrong
I guess by that logic, my trapboi Nika won't stand a chance... shame. :( I was hoping to give Kase, Del and a good number of other trappy bois already in-game some competition. /s

Shekels schmekels, lol.

I think I want something that could, be itself, make me want to actually PLAY again, rather than just reading rejected submissions and look at the bust-art.

And @Dreadful123 if you really want more gay content, I suggest writing it (or paying someone to) and prodding Fen to actually review it. (Though I get the feeling the latter is more difficult than the first, nowadays. Plenty of cheap writers around.)

Loading hyperbole cannon

Shell is primed, and ready. Firing hyperbole shell

All these complaints about lack of male content/gender locking content, and they haven't even met all the characters!

Hyperbole shell has landed a direct hit. Well done m'lads.

I can't believe all this discourse originated from me asking a question about mean content, then about writing a character the PC mind breaks into a slave then that somehow deviated to a lack of male steeles and a lack of male content. How did this happen? If anything, I though my post would get a few more comments about the mind break thing before a different idea took its place, not devolve into this. I just wanted to post a fun idea, not spread discourse.
(PS. Sorry if I'm being narcissistic and this originated from something else)

Some miscellaneous non-transformative food items you can buy, you know, some filler items, just to make it feel that much more of a game, maybe a 1 credit chocolate bar that give 5 energy, or 5 credit protien bar that gives 15, water bottles, chips, MREs...actually, yeah! Make a fluff supermarket on tarvos that sells food items! They dont need to do anything crazy, a few points of energy (or maybe even health! Good tea, ya know?)here or there...I wouldnt imagine it being too hard to achieve ...hopefully...

Hmmm....off the top of my head, I would like a return of special combat options based on one's physique like in CoC, with biting and all. If melee weapons in space are still an applicable thing, getting up and personal with a healthy set of chompers ought to be, too. Been kind of missing that since all the specials are taken up by the player's class choice so far.

Speaking of chompers....this is just a personal thing, but I could very much live with a sweet crocodilian TF, or something more overtly monstrous in general. Or just getting to replace more than just a few choice parts of you with machine parts. After all, who doesn't want to be an affluent future corporate heir with artifical limbs running around naked in a booze-fuelled stupor, believing themselves to be Bionic Commando? Nobody? Okay then.

I can see at least one instance where biting might go awry.

Captain Steele: "Excuse me, would you mind holding still for one second while I take my helmet off and take a bite out of your arm?"
Random Enemy: "Sure, go ahead."
Captain Steele: *Removes helmet and begins to asphyxiate in space.*
Randomo: *Steals Steele's things and floats away*
Bad End.
....
Alternatively:
Captain Steele: *Removes helmet and bites enemy, breaking their teeth on the armour because its space and even the primitive aliens have armour that should stand up to the weapons of people from space.*
Randomo: *Steals Steele's things while Steele is writing about in agony on the ground*

What worked well once might not work in a different system. It seems to me that TiTS was more about streamlining the combat from CoC so that it wasn't as clunky as it used to be. And there doesn't seem to be a place for it anymore, I mean, I play a Shooting Merc, I can equip my best weapons and throw out 4 blasts in one turn. If that doesn't bring something down, am I really going to go for the old Mike Tyson trick?

Kinda like GTA5 snacks! At least that's what this idea most reminds me of... I kinda wish the current inventory has enough ample space to allow such commodities to be carried with you, would be fun!

Well with the new backpack inventory expansion, it kinda does? I'm not saying we're rolling in extra storage, but 20 spaces with the highest upgrade gives a bit of wiggle room for such things.

Eh, I guess. It's more that I'd have enjoyed seeing a point to transformations that come equipped with natural weapons or characteristics that naturally lend themselves to combat. Might just be me, but in CoC at least some transformations were distinguished by what they added to your repertoire instead of really being purely cosmetic (and there being no point to transforming in TiTS other than flavor). 's probably time I go revisit one of the modded Mareths, le sigh.

I believe @Preacher is working on a cybernetic transformation and I've submitted a TF that transforms you into a dinosaur which is almost a crocodile. Here's some links.

I was one who argued to have racial abilities in TiTS, being someone who was hoping the game would overhaul on the racial design of CoC. I would only learn later that Fen wanted to do away with most of it since he believes people would follow a meta transformation, blah. As far as natural weapons goes, I wished we could use our bare fists over the rock we always have on our person for some reason. If just to say my Steele took out a giant mech and a gang of armed and armored pirates with his kung fu.

Seriously though, CoC did have transformations that were more powerful than others, though I do feel it added more to the flavor - because why transform at all then, except for vanity if it doesn't add anything to your capabilities? We'll likely never go underwater so gills are pointless even though they're a part of the shark TF and wings are...well, we never get to use them in battle for a different approach, so why have them at all (except for that one instance on Uveto)?

Maybe that's just me and my personal gripes with TiTS speaking though.

Because then everybody feels they have to have the TFs which gift powerful effects, regardless of whether they want to look like a giant winged lactating dick dragon or not. Creators are encouraged to bung in OP special effects upon their own treasured TF items, and it becomes a nightmare to balance it all.

Firmly keeping gameplay separated from what the PC looks like has its own problems, but it's much healthier than the CoC model.

Though thankfully flying is mostly exempt from being nixed outright, probably helps that there is an alternative way to being able to fly (Jetpack) available so people don't feel pressured to get wings.

Just a quick post on some content I really want added; The ability to have striped or spotted fur

It's currently impossible to make a tiger or leopard or something like that -morph, because you can't get stripes and stuff... It shouldn't be that hard to code it either; you could add it as a new colour, and just use the toString() method (or whatever equivalent you have) to parse out the description properly.

Disclaimer; I have not actually looked at hte source code, so for all I know the skin/fur/hair colour code could be nightmarishly spagghetti or something, preventing the above

Pickmentation was supposed to give you fur effects like stripes and spots. But that effect got removed from the TF when it got implemented because iirc Vanae Markings kinda F'd up the body marking part of the code in the long run beforehand.

Awww... ANy chance it'll get unfucked? I mean, I bet there's a lot of people who want fur patterns.

So the problem is...that weird mentality of build optimization in a game about choice?

Yes. See all the posts sharing strategies on how to beat Dr Lash.

Well, shit. I suddenly feel compelled to quote The Gregory Horror Show's very own Judgement Boy: "You made your choice, now you get to live with it." Sucks though, but at least now I get why that piece of immersion is missing from TiTS.

So the problem is...that weird mentality of build optimization in a game about choice?

First: The current chief equipmentguide post

You're right, I totally forgot all the clothing. This is fixed!

About the best gears, I think this patch was an excellent balance fix, many weapon and armors can be considered as "optimal". Weapons were usually increased in damage and decreased in price, while the resistances on gears have been decreased. It might make the game a little harder.

By keeping in mind that (usually) crits are 5% chance of dealing 2x the damage, we have the following for weapons :

Ranged, best for damage:
- Saurmorian Railgun has the best damage in the ranged weapon, but is only usable by the Mercenary, has no crit, but a bonus to hit
- Stormbull Shotgun has the second best raw damage for ranged weapons, with one of the best accuracy boosts (but an evasion malus)
- Hirudo Devourer has very good damage and the Vampiric flag
- Apollo Plasma Rifle has the best damage of any Energy Weapon (and so benefits from many Tech specialist perks)

Ranged, best for defense (mainly for melee users or lust attack)
- Aegis Light Machinegun has very good damage and 25 shields (right now only usable by mercenary)
- Zil Champion's Bow and Royal Shard Bow have the best evasion boost (6)
- Hirudo Devourer has very good damage and the Vampiric flag
- Warden Shield has 20 Fortification (so 20 bonus HP)

Ranged, best for lust attack:
- Rudimentary Revolver is the only ranged weapon with sexiness
- Bimboleum Emitter has the best tease damage on weapons
- Myr Venom Thrower ignores blind (blind prevents tease attacks, so this makes the Myr Venom Thrower an excellent backup weapon) and uses drug (some enemies are immune to tease but vulnerable to drug, for example Chaurmine)
- Royal Shard Bow has the best evasion boost (6) and provides some backup lust attack when blind or when drug is needed

Melee, best for damage:
- Saurmorian Hammer has the best raw damage but can only be used by Mercenary
- Plasma Hawk and Tweaked Jolthammer have the second best damage (Jolthammer has an accuracy malus and a crit bonus)
- Vamp Blade and Tweaked Vamp Blade can drain shield

Melee, best for defense:
- Vamp Blade and Tweaked Vamp Blade can drain shield
- Tweaked Lava Saber has 15 bonus shield
- Taivra's Spear and Hardlight Dagger have the best evasion bonus (6)

Melee, best for lust attack:
- Bio Whip is the only melee weapon with lust damage (it deals drug damage. It also has +1 sexiness, like many other melee weapons)

For Accessories, many are now valuable:
- The Light Jetpack still has the best evasion boost but the Explorer's Cloak now also gives 8 Evasion (and 1 Defense)
- Allure gives 7 sexiness
- Flash Goggles are still great for any Steele who has problem with blind
- Lightning Duster, Salamander Longcoat and Knitted Scarf give various resistances (only 25% Cold for the Scarf, but with some armors, it might be enough to change "I'm dying" to "it's ok" on Uveto).
- The Aim-Assisted Eyepiece gives 6 Accuracy. I'm not convinced.
- Tam-Wolf 2.0 has still the best damage, I believe
- The Bimbo Siegwulfe is still able to take down almost any enemy if you can wait 100 rounds (by doing 1 lust damage every round)

For Armor and Clothing, there has been a lot of nerfs on resistances, but I think that almost everything can be used in a good situation. The most interesting is probably the following:
- Gemstone Links has now not only the best sexiness (10), but also the best evasion (11), and Nurse Outfit also has 10 sexiness now.
- Armstrong Suit (Premium) has the best Shields but Steele Tech Suit is probably better (and one of the best armors now), with 15 shields, 30% Electric and Burning Resistance.
- Winter Gear and Sleek Parka are probably the best choices on Uveto.
- Transparent Zipsuit still has the best Electric resistance.
- I recall that Khan's Simple Lab Coat has Corrosive and Poison resistance (but these are rare).
- Gray Goo Armor has the best Kinetic resistance
- Chitin Plates and Weavemail Coat have the best defense (9) (but Chitin Plates has some malus.)
- Business Clothes have a good fortification (still less than Insulated Coat) but also 3 Accuracy and Crit Bonus

And now the boss guide, by yours truely.

Here is a google doc with my boss fight strategies and condensed theorycrafting, all in one place

These are the bosses I've covered so far
  • Amara Farell
  • Frostwyrm
  • NymFoe & the Dollmaker
  • Dr. Lash

I'm also working on creating a spreadsheet for all current equipable items. It will be posted here as soon as it is complete.

Enjoy.

Now that I finally remembered it, somethings that's been bothering me for ages now, why the hell isn't the disarm weapons at checkpoints (Gastigoth and New Texas) automated?

What I mean is, after you've done it the first time and learned you need to turn in your weapons, I'd like it if you'd just automatically turned in your weapons if you tried to walk past security. It is an utter pain in the ass to always have to stop what I'm doing and then speak to an NPC to then turn in my weapons, 3-4 button presses that could easily be eliminated if you just set an option to "Automatically turn in weapons at checkpoints" or something.

I may like the NPC's that do the checking, but I hate having to do the checks every goddamn time I visit the planets upon which that happens. That's something I'd like to see changed as a Quality of Life improvement.

I finished writing/coding this and put in a pull request. It requires that she's banged you once (whether you give her a bj, your ass, or pussy) . Bipeds get 3 options and taurs get 1 longer one, though I'll probably go back and make minor adjustments so taurs can get the other 2 too.

Bit of a cruel idea, but an idea that came up remembering that we'll one day have Sam in the crew.

This really only works if Steele is particularly cruel, but you have Kaska released into your custody, on condition that she has an implant embedded in her. Every time Kaska disobeys Steele or is a little too wilful, Steele can activate the implant and have it flood her body with a permanent dose of Condelsol (or whatever other TF reduces dick size). Or just do it for fun. Watching Kaska go from the haughty warrior on Tarkus to nearly broken under your watch as she watches her dick shrinks more and more.

But yeah, pretty much only if Steele is an absolute dickhead.
