Does the Gabilani Chemist have both genders in the "Zaika" tail, or just the pussy? Does the tail have anything like a phallus?

As far as I know, it's just the pussy.

I found it in the code. It seems to be intended to allow Feathered Wings to have a separate color from the main Feathers/Fur. But it's not hooked up (properly? yet?).
Incidentally, you can have a different Scrotum color, but it doesn't use the "Ceria Dye Balls" Status.
