The grav-cuffs scenes aren't dependent on your having a vagina, they work either way. If you're referring to Ellie's milking public use scene, that one requires you to be a taur.
There's a cow variant as well for the grav-cuffs, so I think it affects both dick and vagina wielders.
I think smut is talking about the miscreant manor. The pillory meant for public use, which was recently added.
That cow scene is such a wonderful addition. I hope there ends up being something similar for Miscreant Manner, with your face getting ground upon and soaked.
Synthetic transformations. Gynoid, etc. Used to have fantasies about the sex bots transforming you into one.
More forced/involuntary transformations. I know some people aren't fans but then I can argue there are plenty of items in game to undo them, but there aren't a ton in there for those that enjoy them.
More Sera domme stuff. Seriously.. my favorite part of the game.
More S&M in general. I like it. I am not apologetic for that. Maybe some shipboard scenes with your companions going both ways, I always set Bess up as my domme. Would be neat if as part of the sleep mechanic she woke you up with scenes. Maybe even punish you if you don't speak to her often enough.
More to do with ships. More random space missions.

You want MORE forced TFs, but LESS bad ends? That seems a little conflicting.
Also no your cousin needs to fall in love with you and join your crew and have sweet, sweet cousincest.
My first instinct is to tell you that's kinda hard, as most bad ends that aren't item-induced will come about by way of interactions with pirates or slavers gone wrong, a hostile species, or basically just a situation where your current form isn't "ideal". For instance, slavers will modify you to be a pleasure slave, hostile species want you to be a better breeder than you are, etc. I think most bad ends that result in an unmodified PC will probably come at the behest of a single individual like Kaska, and even then you're at their whim.
Still, though, not undoable. Just need the right situations.
All of that hinges on a sort of sudden adherence to logic and rules in a game you were just shooting Snake-Kitties with a .45-70 then fucking. It would not be any more of a logical leap to just have the Pirates think you're the optimal pleasure toy just the way you are.
Not at all. Look at Doctor Badger and heros (arguably my favorite single scene in the game)... almost everything that happens to you can be undone or overcome but it adds some actually fun (to me) obstacles to gameplay, or you can even choose to embrace it. By bad ends I mean "game overs" not negative outcomes. Hell to me the "negative" outcomes are the best part. If it was up to me when you lost sometimes enemies would do nasty things to you like force you to eat transformatives, or make body parts grow or shrink to their liking, etc.. Even more stuff like the 'snake tails' ... more parasites would be lovely.
Actually while I think of it it might even be fun to have a crew member who isn't so much loyal to you as pursuing their own agenda. Messing with your mind when you sleep, trying to take over the corporation, whatever. Maybe slipping you drugs and transformatives from your own inventory against your will in your sleep... mmm would like dis.

Some of those things are very disturbing, but mostly because I'm kind of into them but following sexual ethics, so the idea of full on literal rape horrifies me. I'd be pretty happy to get to be collared though, and some fem-domme stockade action and more milking would be pretty wonderful.
