Actually, outside of NT, most NPCs you meet aren't anywhere near as flippant and careless when it comes to potential kids.

Gamma and Ogre say something about marriage not being something that happens on NT. From that I extrapolated that kids are brought up by the mother's family, regardless of parentage. I imagine that life is so easy on the planet that there's no real issues about this.

True that, whatever socio-economic systems NT has in place to support and distribute stuff among all those cow-moms and their offspring probably gets the job done pretty well. But it still means that most bulls out there aren't exactly 'father of the year material', and a bunch of 'nice misters mom is shagging with' can never fully replace a proper father figure. So I hope they have some sort of social structure to take care of that too.

They can all do conventional jobs. Male Treated are motivated to do hard physical labour. Female Treated can do anything if sex and milking is offered as a reward.
I still have my doubts. However, with some effort, I can suspend my disbelief and except that such a model works for all of NT kids besides the extremely small minority of those that rebel really hard against both the Treatment itself and the lifestyle it promotes.

Some kids would recognize the fact that their Mothers like to fuck. Some would have a bunch of "uncles", and some may just be ignorant. I would also assume sex ed would be pretty in depth.

Alright, another idea, Treatment Resorts. For New Texans coming of age, their family fussing over their Treatment can be a major annoyance, or perhaps they'd rather have a surprise after the week goes by. Either way in comes the idea that for said families, their kids would head out to special hotels of sorts, spending their week of Treating in luxury, surrounded by heavily endowed staff who're not apposed to the idea of giving their guests a good dicking. They'd then come back home relaxed and Treated, ready to move on with their lives. And even though the idea of a resort on New Texas seems odd, it wouldn't necessarily have to be on planet, perhaps on a space station in orbit or on a moon.
This is more of a lore building idea than anything else, something to mention in passing conversation, give a bit more depth to the world, y'know?

Aw man! As if I had time to write a NT resort event for newly treated and fairly rich PCs, but now I really want that to exist. I barely have time for... anything with work and university and internship.

While I'm not quite sure about the resort thing, I believe that might be something for the more rich New Texans, I am pretty curious about whether or not New Texans have any coming of age traditions after/before/while getting treated.

We already know that the actual procedure goes pretty mundane and without any pomp. I also doubt that there is an official ceremony of any sort for before or after. But the traditional way people of NT celebrate that is indeed a nice food for thought.
