Cute idea but in "canon" being Treated doesn't actually make you stupid, it just makes you think of sex a lot more. The actual implementation of that mechanic is understandably a little muted.
Would interactions with Mia ends when PC succesfully manage to get her out of NT and place in more safe place? Or there would be/are plans to leave some form of interaction with her ever after she move out of NT?
To be fair, plenty of players would fall for it because they don't read anything.
This is why having a mutable statistic called "Intelligence" is bad, full stop.

Still, you can rename it Cunning or Tech Skill or something and pretty much have it be exactly the same, just without the unfortunate implications.
I'll admit, having the Ten Ton Gym to work on stats is something that took New Texas from "interesting side-world" to "important training area" for me. But I'm always after perfection.

Aim with Tanis got nerfed hard, now he only gets you up to like 33% of your max aim before no longer raising your skill, which combined with the nerfs to his bow make him kinda useless sadly.
Did he get re-nerfed recently? Playing on the last public patch the ceiling is 50% of level Maximum and the bow isn't half-bad eaither, literally the best range weapon available on Mhen'ga.
There may be other places to go, but having 3/5 stats trainable at one point is nice. I'd complain about there not really being a good place to build Willpower, but that's off-topic.
And the Treatment... well, I'll admit I almost always go for it. The new Amazon possibility is nice, though I kinda wish I'd thought to have my current Ms. Steele lactating when she took it. And even if it does just go back to being an interesting side world, it's still one of the earliest points in the game where you can stat grind.

What are you talking about? People will read the message. Then they will embark on a journey to every other planet except for New Texas, fail to find it, then bombard the forum with thread after thread about not being able to unlock the new content. And during all that, they will somehow blow up Myrellion anyway...

Which is why alternative role-playing systems try to mix things up. For instance, the Tri-stat system went with the names "Body" "Mind" and "Soul".
@Gammerick Those are Horisha and Peck. I think chance to trigger fivesome rather than threesome is randomn. So as long you get to the point you can see Carrie/Cora scenes then the other one will have some small chance to proc too. Thou if it randomn or not so much with something increasing massively it chance those who usualy going for it should know better. Looking at code not giving me any hints if it can be somehow made more certain to proc.

Recruit Brandy so that I can have more of Reeha and her family. Brandy is the tentative name I have seen here on the threads, but Ima sounds familiar.
Reaha has multiple sisters, Mia and Brandy are two of them, there are also a few others.
This thought has just occurred to me. Since New Texas is pretty much breed happy, condoms would most likely die off, or their purpose would change from contraception, to more kinkier jobs.

Pretty much, but I like to think that New Texan condoms would have evolved with the progression of the Treatment, going from a simple contraceptive, to an everyday item most people have in their homes.
Due to the fact most New Texans are sterile thanks to their water being a contraceptive (they can still have kids, but don't accidentally knock each other up), condoms aren't really neccessary from the perspective of preventing std's (future medicine wew!) or pregnancy (no accident babies wew!), so its only really makes sense to use them for keeping things easy to clean. Though thanks to the magic of porn logic even that step isn't all that much hassle.
