Well to be fair you are filling out a niche that not lot of ppl are writing: romanceable & fleshed out male npc.
While yes, there are a lot of male characters then expected most are nameless mobs and one fuck wonder w/ very limited/short content compare to female npcs.
Also considering those few and rare male npcs that are fleshed out are.....VERY controversial and divisive in audience's opinion looks at garret and quin
So yes, I'll DIE ON THIS OTOME HILL (srry I also enjoyed drifa/lupine dungeon but my thirst for handsome floof men are way too stronger).
Btw forgot to post but read the tetsuya doc and gotta say I'm really excited for his release! Didn't read the whole thing bc I do want to treat myself and not spoil his content right away. Congrats once again!
I'm glad to hear you're excited for him. I'm also excited to see his content finally come out so all of you can get your hands on him. Overall, though, Tetsuya is a very mild and romantic character. Be it friends or lovers, he only wants the best for ya (and the kids).

(Right Now) He is predominantly focused on female/cboy champs since he is supposed to be the other side of the Coin that Kiyoko finds herself on.
Certainly a niche which (in my opinion) needed filling. As far as male interests go in the den, having someone more grounded than a progenitor deity is certainly a breath of fresh air!

this is no rush on your part since I am aware you do not decide what the main devs are doing but, based on Drifa's wait time, how much would you guesstimate Tetsuya to be released? sorry if that's bad to ask and don't feel like you have to answer if such!
coding work on tetty started a couple days ago, so probably soon-ish.
Should be in the next patch (hopefully). As I'm not privy to the coding side of things, my information is unreliable. That said, I know it's soon, and if it's not in the next patch, then it should be in the one after that.

im loving Tetsuya and i can't wait for more of him but i was wondering if i remember right there where plans if you had a lot of kids with him he will gain up to nine tails is this still apart of his design?
Kit count does not factor into his tails. He gains +1 tail after you have your first kit with him, +1 tail after you marry him, and +2 tails if you get his good ending.
Champ does, however, grow more addicted to having kits with the more repeated pregnancies they go through.

Would you consider giving him 2 tails for marriage if you do not have a kid with him beforehand? Getting him stuck with a 8-tails because you play as a dude would make him, and by extension me, feel incomplete.

I'm glad people enjoy him. Considering the poll that was done, I know that people want more Tetsuya content. So you have that to look forward to.
Is there any part in particular you liked about his content?
If I were to pick any particular point, I’m just ecstatic to finally see a proper male romance in the game. I would suppose Elyon comes close, but doesn’t quite scratch the same itch. That, and from what I can gather, the game has been long overdue for a prettyboy of Tetsuya’s caliber, and I’m glad to finally see one!

Been trying out the new content on all my characters to see the variations and honestly I adore him. He's endearing, kinda dorky at times, and absolutely my type lol. Been wanting a male romance option of this nature for a while and you did really well.
Also being a kitsune with kiyoko in your party and choosing the rough option is the best variation.

I even tried it and it's surprisingly good for a dude. And the fact you made Kiyoko kinda acknowledge the Champ as female and not just something to knock her up made her a lot more enjoyable as well.
some of Champ's preg content seems to be missing or bugged, the Third Trimester scene didn't seem to trigger for me. Nor did the birthing scene happen just went from the champ being escorted to his abode then you're holding your child. This was on one of my older characters as the virgin save isn't at the point of meeting him yet. Here's a save from before the confession scene.
