One thing I felt was weird about COC II was that Alrune Effigies would continue to attack the player after you delt with the Alrune. Maybe there could be Alrune Effigy variants based on how you treated the Alrune? Like Alrune Renegades if you spare the Alrune and Alrune Remnants if you didn't.

Should probably fix up the Kitsune too, even after dealing with them they still pop up to try and rape you.

More of a fun thought for late-game stuff than anything, but if you're doing a corrupted champion playthrough I think it'd be fun to be able to bully Etheryn into becoming a demon, since she doesn't want to be locked up all her life. And more or less dragging along Cait against her better judgment or with dubious consent, through some sort of argument like "it's the only way she'd be able to get Calla back". Brienne doesn't seem like she'd mind, as long as the champion themselves keeps their soul.
Maybe you'd even be able to get Agni through some sort of wordplay, give her so much more to explore and experience by becoming a demon, and possibly exploring another world if Kass manages to fix a portal
I just like the idea of talking circles around the companions and friends, using their wants to twist their words against them to corrupt them into becoming infatuated -or more than usual- with Champ. Just imagine Champ collecting everyone's soul stones like they're collecting stones for the infinity gauntlet.

This might be possible if everyone didn't know how much being a demon sucked. The only one I can see who would agree to this is low confidence Etheryn but even then Lumia says she can just free her whenerver, it just isn't explored in-game for some reason.

A bad end(?) where Kasyrra succeeds and makes everyone into demons and all that, but leaves you, and only you, intact -mentally, if nothing else- as Aileh lays her claim on you, leaving you to live the rest of your life next to Aileh while you have fun fucking with your corrupted companions and friends.
