The balanced swords are iron if remember right, and Lusina's sword is steel. Aside from artistic license, there could be more leftover weapons and armor that survived and they're just not important enough to get a description calling attention to it. And if we're just going by art, you can easily explain away Brint's weapons as painted. Azzy's weapons and ab piece are, I think.

I believe Lusina's new marefolk village dialogue specifically calls out that her claymore fell through a portal centuries ago. There's a reason it is actually, mechanically, one of if not -the- best weapon in the game.

Well, dragons exist so there might be things made from their body parts (enchanting a la the Flaming Dagger using a drake's spirit aside) and we just haven't seen it yet.

...are there any types of metal / wood / leather...

What would be the ethics of killing a cow or a rabbit to eat and/or wear its hide/fur when anthropomorphic versions exist in the same world?

The anthro races would probably be uncomfortable, at least if they're present, but there's a difference between them and the livestock they share traits with. Though I wouldn't offer the puppridge cow girls steak without asking well in advance

People in Asia and Africa eat monkeys without a second thought, so...
So is that the parallel? I'm not passing judgement, just scientifically curious.

Or wear clothes made of cow leather?

I don't know where the leather comes from. Besides, the royal leathers are all I wear that's leather. Brint/Brienne wear leathers no problem.

I think the Rune Fucker beats it.

In the logging camp, there are quite clearly wolf pelts in a predominantly lupine establishment, and the in-game text even points out that lupines must not have anything against hunting wolves. I'd guess the anthro races don't consider themselves the same species as their feral "counterparts" and are fine treating them the same way humans would (which, for the record, I 100% agree with).

Checked the wiki , my main gripe atm is that there is no mention of what types of fauna/flora are present in the areas around hawkethorne or at all , like what sort of beasts could champ potentially encounter / discover ? Are wild elementals a thing???

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that scene! Thanks, Shepard.

I think so. It might actually be morally more questionable since monke are actually sapient.

My personal interp of the base question tho is that for the most part animal people aren't really bothered by their non-sapient genetic cousins but probably don't eat or keep them. Ausar, for example, have domestic lizards as beloved household pets. I imagine the Jassirans probably don't have a culture of worshipping their pet felines when they already have a celestial catboy.

Inari shoujo felt way easier to play through kinuquest with, though I guess it makes sense that Kinu fluff child would be better at hitting things after getting swole working the farm compared to hime being dainty from focusing on poetry and people skills. Though barkskin also just felt way more useful then drain.

I think this subject could also be one of the uh, unsure of the word, things covered in the extended universe of like, hybrids, monster girls/boys. Forget which series it was but one of the conversations went something like, to a centaur, "oh you don't mate with horses?" "Wtf you say to me m8 I will kick you in the teeth and make it look like a accident". Ie They're *generally* separate, to avoid more extreme kinks for one and also because they don't want to be compared to "lessers", wolves and lupine are a pretty easy case though. Wolves are instinctual predators that when hungry will attack indiscriminately, lack the ability to converse, and even though they have intelligence they're below lupines and other humanoids enough to be children, same with most other animals. Like saying humans and monkeys are the same. Monkeys are brilliant creatures with a high level of intelligence, but still lack enough intelligence to where they can indiscriminately attack under certain circumstances, and generally people use the comparison at best a insult or at worst a religious heresy.

I feel like there's not enough non-sex content for Infrith with this new pack. It feels kind of out of place just jumping right into her basically adoring you.
"hey uh, sorry for breaking into your house, beating you and your teacher up and fucking your tits."
"yeah, it's w/e"
"wanna bang?"
"fuck yes, lemme worship you!"

Also, having not explored it yet, since knocking her up in the first encounter sends her home forever but her new content you can apparently knock her up and do a bunch of stuff afterwards, whats different between the two that makes her stay for this one?

Uh, during Right of Conquest you do NOT have her consent. You straight up rape her infront of her mentor who begs you not to do it and to use her if you must.

I know, I was more wondering if that was enough to make the difference, considering how big the orc warcamp is with conquest, rape and pillaging.

Then again, Hretha is pretty blunt about her and her priestess being a lot less... meatheaded than the rest of the camp. I guess they'd be less prone to brush it off like Arona or the others.

It's because butt eggies are what the people who write those scenes are most interested in. Plus, they're parts-agnostic.
That's probably the reason, but like...c'mon, just one time something different please.

One thing that I think is intentional is that out of all the Fenoxo linked or adjacent games is that we have the least control over the Champion's personality. The MC seems to be very opinionated and goes on for paragraphs explaining something that makes them feel more like a visual novel protagonist than an RPG protagonist. Like I'm always the "good parent" when it comes to Kiyoko and Kinu's conversations. I'm always feeling a sense of urgency in dishing out justice. I'm 90% of the time against being a deceitful jerk.

The MC will even go on to state our standing with some NPCs without warning suddenly dropping an "I love you" to Brint like the fifth time we fucked. I just met Lyric and the MC went into detail about how they're polyamorous in regards to a love declaration. This was surprising to me because I had just been treating everyone like a fuck buddy. In TiTs saying something like that was a conversation option and you can even lie to everyone claiming you're monogamous to like 6 people with Steele acknowledging the lie internally in some cases.

Now the reason why I think this is intentional is because of the Dark Knight and Bimbo personalities. The wiki isn't very informative on the topic and I can't find any dev outline so I'm assuming off of bits and pieces and some minor inconsistencies in behavior that there's gonna be more unlockable personalities that will make things flow just a tad bit smoother.

Now the reason that this is a gripe is simply because I have no fuckin' clue if I'm right or not and if the game just doesn't care for my opinion outside plot decisions.

Other than that I have two minor ones.

1. I know the game has several different authors but the different prose used is noticeable. All of Kiyoko's content inside the Astral Plane(I haven't gotten her out yet) has the MC's contribution being narration. While other instances actually have the MC openly speaking sentences.

You suggest to Kiyoko that you two could purchase an icecream truck for financial gain.

"Hey Brint let's sell icecream and make some bank!"

I consider this very minor as it's consistent with the character you're talking to. If the MC talks to one person in narration I haven't seen them suddenly begin to speak openly in quotations in future interactions.

2. The mental maturity of Lyric. I like Lyric. They're cute and the novelty of literally having them in my pack is nice. I will never complain when given the ability to chuck a living creature at someone as an attack. However, the shift from adorable lizard puppy to intellectual then to PTSD victim then back to lizard puppy has me questioning if I should be having them on this life threatening adventure let alone sticking my dick in them. It doesn't help the puppy image that they wag their tale when happy and droop when sad.

Yeah, I've always had a problem with PC dialog and personality. My favorite scenes are usually the ones where the pc speaks at a minimum or their dialog is reduced to a narration, like the difference between
You dont think thats a good idea, and you say as much.
and
You say "I dont think thats a good idea."
might not be doable in all situations, but it really helps with letting the player insert their own personality without requiring multiple dialog options.

This is tobs' writing. It's what he prefers and it happens to fit what he writes quite well. To my knowledge, Savin does this too and maybe some other writers.

To clarify, I've been writing this way because of the PC insertion nature of the dialogue, which allows for people to insert their own exact words if need be. It's something that I've been doing when I was writing for Flexible Survival.

When I write for other peoples' segments, such as the upcoming Senja content or the Convocation of Mirrors, I do my best to mimic their style.

If we were doing a game where the player was not controlling their own creation but instead a pre-determined character, I would have no problem writing direct dialogue.

I'm like 50/50 between direct and indirect dialogue. Since the game(s) as a whole are inconsistent on the subject I don't see any reason to be, personally. I mostly do direct dialogue when I have ideas for good pc.dcb variations :p
