As such, I assume this implication is intended and thus correct, and Astra is indeed planned to be sexable under certain conditions.

Another idea outside of parasite content could be to do more with the gray goo seeing as they are nano bots and could easily work there way into steele's body to cause all sorts of trouble or body shape transformation(this should replace the silicon as that barley does anything). another is adding in the option or maybe a loss mechanic with Roz where she pulls you into her suit and you need to operate with her fighting for who is in control whilst you move around the planet, could make her a crewmate as well so you could wear her around the galaxy
