I think they were going for a more "in a nutshell" approach—a shorter way of saying Kiro is very active, both sexually and physically, and being pregnant doesn't really suit her at all. I mean, she has a trophy room complete with pictures of all of her conquests, and she regularly updates that at the moment. She's happy in that lifestyle; I'd say if anything, becoming pregnant by Kiro would be more likely given her character. A no is a no, though.
Doesn't mean you can't enjoy the thought! You can write/draw/commission her however you want (I think?), it just won't be in the game.
Maybe in the future after the games setting Kiro would retire and be up for something like that but not in the present game time so it wouldn't happen in the game. If you're going to write fan fiction of a character you should ask permission from the creator of the character first. It's the respectful thing to do.

I just can't understand why the hell people keep asking for characters on a porn game to get pregnant and settle down.
There are characters that are settled down already, but people only go after the characters who want to adventure and have fun for some reason.
Settling down does not equate character development.
I'd imagine it's some sort of trophy or achievement thing. People want most what they cannot or do not have, after all.
