Just to clear up a couple of things.
Sentience - the ability to feel things, to perceive things. A living creature with a degree of consciousness is sentient. That includes insects, lizards, mammals, birds and obviously humans.
Sapience - the ability to think, the capacity for intelligence and the ability to acquire wisdom. This is a far more limited range.
You don't uplift a species that is sentient, you go for one that's sapient.

I could be wrong though. And Bothrioc just don't carry the same flavor as CoC driders in my opinion. And the lack of humanoid multi-armed spoders also needs rectifying.
Too bad driders are even more extra than regular taurs when it comes to how they can reasonably position themselves.
Hate to break it yo ya m8 but you are wrong, the Poe A spider costume is for a bipedal spider not a drider and unfortunately despite the fact that you use webbing to restrain someone in the Halloween event you can’t use said webbing again after that!
Hellhounds aren't feral and worms are treated as parasites.
Hellhounds are intelligent and gain speaking abilities once they're linked with a master (the Hellhound Master, in this case, or anyone corrupt and powerful enough).
From the codex: "Hellhounds also have the power to link their minds with a powerful corrupted individual, drawing on that individual’s mind to allow them to think, in exchange for absolute loyalty to their new “master”. Hellhounds and worms are also both from the early days of CoC, long before Patreon was a thing. The worms would probably still get in, given we have the very similar butt bugs, but there's most likely a reason that TiTS has no hellhound analogue.
The hellhounds had pretty hot scenes though. I do wish we could at least have TamWolf sex scenes, since robots don't seem to count.

Let me guess the reason they don't want to do drider is because it how hard it would be to code, because you gotta go back in and replace every piece of leg code to define you having spider legs.
Driders are a pain, but not any worse than Naga. Hope you enjoy your freaky body being ignored in 99% of scenes.

Sounds about right to me! Besides seeing how the basic “Taurs” get locked out of a lot of the content or get weird logical errors regarding some of the content they can still do one can only imagine that the same (but possibly worse due to there being twice the number of legs compared to a normal “taur”) would happen to driders as well.

Would it be possible to code that certain fur patterns change the name of a cat-morph? As in; someone could be a cat-morph and get stripes, then their species would say tiger-morph.
That would be trivial. All you would need to do (pretty much) is copy/paste the cat race criteria, perhaps have some parts give slightly less to avoid false positives and have striped body markings grant a bunch of +tiger score and an equal amount of -cat score (if tiger score is already above a threshold, around the same amount it would to be classified as a feline.)

I want to point out that those are rare fetishes and many people find them displeasing. That's one of the reason there are so few people willing to write about them. This goes for most fetishes, almost nothing is banned, except for a few of the most hardcore, creepy (or outright illegal) fetishes.
If someone writes something hot it might get in game, problem is people does not write about that. People keep saying, oh I want that fetish or that other fetish, but never write, just complain. You want hairy gals? write a really good story and it will get in-game.
