Hang on, why do y'all hate Ninian? He's kinda annoying I suppose, but I like progressing his quest and also I find him hot. Hell I've semi-often thought that there should be something building on his whole stuff about his backstory and the creator trying to forcefem him.

It's mostly because he's just annoying, and if you try to leave without helping him after winning the fight the text tries to bully you to complete his content, regardless of the players interest. I'm also not that big on twink content so that doesn't help either, but that just makes him extra annoying. Most other content that's similar doesn't do that if you aren't interested you just beat them to submission and leave, no harm no foul. Examples given previously also can be removed from the rng pool but those are done naturally - you don't have to do much outside of just winning fights - Ninian you literally have to pursue their content to stop it. Which is why a lot of us just want a remove content option to not deal with him.

Now if we could continue what their Creator started and get him to make the change that would be something else...

Ninian also feels really underdeveloped, i guess? Maybe that's not the right word but he doesn't really fit in the world that much, he's the only pixie? fairy? whatever they are, that we ever meet and his story is completely disconnected from the setting at large
