I think it would be nice if NPCs and especially companions would react more often to your choices, and/or, if that’s easier to implement, to your level of corruption. I do not or not only mean different variants of encounters and conversations that are triggered by what choice you made at a specific point or your level of corruption, but small scenes/encounters that only revolve around how the PC is judged by other characters. That would give more consistent weight to the type of personality we envision for our PCs and would make the world more believable.

In the same way, I would love to see more of what the PC thinks and feels about her/his/their actions. I know this is supposed to be left to the player, and overall that’s a good approach, but there is a bunch of decisions and actions the PC can take that are clearly morally good (e.g. saving Eryka, building up Etheryns confidence, freeing Hirrud’s slaves etc.) or evil/corrupt (e.g. willingly submitting to any demonic or corrupt enemies, playing into Etheryns insecurities, knowingly not preventing Viviane from consuming the succubus cum etc.). For these kinds of deeds, I think, it would be fitting to have short scenes that show how the PC feels and sees him-/her-/themselves after committing these acts.

Think there should be a feminization process for some of the muscular chars in the game, like the khor minos king. Going from buff, to trap to female. Would make a nice corruption route.

Brother I agree with you on Berwyn and Nikol. But Quin and Nakano? Passing as girls??
If I had my tablet with me, I would draw them in a dress to prove myself right.

But from my perspective, they are anime-twink-coded and a lot of those types of characters do tend to look adorable in a dress -- cloud from Final Fantasy, Goto from Firefly wedding, half of the LI in Otomes, Asuka from guilty gear (big fan if you can't tell), and so on and so on.
They are all feminine by my standards. But as I said above, my standards do make me compartmentalize twinks and what people call femboys under one umbrella. Take Nikol and Rooh for example. Sure, the former is more feminine, but not by much in my eyes. They both wear skirts, they both look less macho compared to rest of their ilk, and they both look boyish. Nikol just pretties himself up more with makeup. Hell, if you increase the size of his waist just by a small degree or reduce the size of his rump, especially when considering his naked bust, he would really be my type.
Basically 8xayun.jpg

So yes, femboys are just anime twinks in drag.

I see, friend. In my opinion they are quite different, one being clearly a girl despite actually a boy, while the other is just a less masculine than usual boy. The way I see it, if we're speaking in anime characters Nikol is Felix from rezero and Rooh even in a dress would be at most Bon Clay from one piece.

Bon clay aint a twink though -- I think they are non-binary also but Japan. And they are also ugly.
Well, neither is Rooh. He is more of a twunk with a feminine face so an Ambush/feminine hunk/Musclular femboy.

Put him in a female gard though and he could incentivize as many costumers as Nikol, tbh. Hell, in my eyes Rooh is more fertile because of a bigger chest, so in some ways even more feminine.
Something like pick bellow

Still, I understand everyone has a breaking point on what is and it isn't feminine or muscleline. Mine is just larger.

Edit: Also, artists twitter of pick above -- https://x.com/Yatomomin/status/1850167031011922396

Nah. Femboya can also top you. It only has to do with looks. Basically, ambush is just a cute face on hunkish/muscular body type.
SIR(or ma'am), i know that manga artist but, WHERE ARE YOU GETTING THOSE HOLY PIECES OF ART??

They made so much fine hunk on girl erotica.

There is also some drama in their comments for some reason.

As for where do I get art? Honestly, while ambush as a term aint getting that popular, the concept of a buff guy with a cute face is getting more and more wide spread. There are pleanty of artists that I follow that are dedicated to only drawing it or it is their major output. And then those get followed by others on twitter, or their pixiv accounts get recomended to me.

I opened a thread about Corruption reactivity, a long while back. I'd be happy to read through an update on the situation, but I don't know if the mods would be cool about me reopening it.

Cool username BTW. Ultima fan?

Not my fault that all twinks look fuckable, smh.

Edit: Well, all guys in general.
I laugh, but even as a dude I seriously think this game could have more more Cool Guys. Too many game writers still assume I'd always identify with my PC over everyone else.

Moving on from this fascinating discussion, I have some ideas about what I would write for the final quest/dungeon thingy of Khor'Minos.

  • Proper confrontations between Tollus and Cait/Quin if they're in the party. Not like I expect him to care much about their would-be rivalry, but they at least should considering what he did to them and Cait's sister.
  • Several comments from Brint/Brienne and Arona based on what happens and to who, considering that it's his/her home on the line and the orcs of the Sailgraves have a difficult relationship with the Minos, respectively.
  • Moments where each party member can either help with a problem or bypass an obstacle entirely. It adds a lot of replayability.
  • Make it possible to decide what happens to the traitor, aka probably Prince Vrannus. Outright forgiveness seems out of the question, but we should be able to ask that he be placed in our custody or exile him to the Wayfort, for further interactions. The option to punish the traitor, as well as others, with being locked in the stockades at our Wayfort when they're not in the dungeons of wherever is another good choice.
  • Comments about the traitor from Etheryn, who is in the perfect position to pass comment about his plight and/or compare/contrast him with Alissa.
  • Rewards ranging from a noble title and the lands/riches to go with it to the Princess' hand in marrage.
  • Bring Octavia the missing princess back, since her plight as an illegitimate heir who was shamed for her tomboyishness and current amazon physique makes a good contrast with Vrannus being pushed to villainy partially because of his bitterness over being a girlyboy.

Some of these things seem common sense, others may be pie in the sky.

oh I'd LOVE if we got a noble title from the minoans as well, it just feels so nice to be an influential property owner

Oh, there are some but the ones focused on female audience are still niche. I hope it changes in future.

For what it's worth, I am writing couple of ambushes/hunks for the game, so I hope you will enjoy them once they get accepted.

Add the ability to woo the king and to top him and your list has my full support.

Maybe after we expose vrannus we have a "manly bonding moment" with the king and show him a whole new world

NPCs reacting to whatever titles you acquired on your journey would be an interesting mechanic to spice up the writing. Kinda like the tag system in Divinity Original Sin 2.

Oh yeah. I'd like to think Brint being chill enough for some bi action is what some folks appreciate about this game.

I hope so. I know that king is little embarrassed with how his son turned out, but all I have to say that the apple didn't fall that far from the tree. I can see the resemblance.

Same for me, regarding the reopening of your thread.

Thanks, but it's not based on Ultima. (actually, I never heard about it)

It was an RPG series that ran through from the mid 80s and late 90s. If you don't mind some DOS interface jank, old-school adventure game design (feelies included, and necessary), and classic videogame cheese (so much cheese), start with the fourth entry.

A manly bonding moment? You mean like, a hunting or camping trip with just the boys?
The three of you standing around, pitching tents. Going out to hunt bear, maybe some wild beaver. Deciding which of you will prep the camp and who will stalk the prey for dinner.
"You guys get the spit-roast ready while I circle around their rear and come from behind."
Reminds me of my heady youth. Good times.

Your induendo to me read like it was the champion getting fucked/topped. Which is something I would enjoy, but not really something I really have to fight for. Guys always -- and I mean always -- have scenes where you bottom to them, after all.

Edit: Of course, this only stands if he gets content down the line. I want to fuck that feminine hunk...

Yeah. I also want to fuck every chick I see, and I assume most of the playerbase does. It comes with the teritory of a porn game.

Plus, the king has a good bust and a naked one.

And another post about the traitor while I'm here...

As I've observed a few times now, one of the issues at the heart of our would-be traitor Vrannus' villain origin story is that he's a femboy, which is at the exact opposite end of what's expected not only from a prince of Khor'minos but just an average everyday Southern Minotaur. Dude's got issues about it up the ass. (Which is funny because he likes taking it up the ass too.) Juvenile jokes aside, while it's probably too late to get him a summer job with a mining outfit to put some muscle on his bones owing to him being accustomed to being a lazy so-and-so, we could probably help him with his self-image problems if we were allowed to take him into our custody as a prisoner or spouse post-siege. I mean, with his naturally heart-shaped ass, complete with actual heart-shaped birthmark, long hair and the way he fills out that Jessica Rabbit dress-like toga, not only is he perfectly suit to sit beside us in court (on a smaller throne or at our feet on a chain, I leave that to your imaginations, friends) but a well-meaning, patient and kind Champion could probably help him feel comfortable in his own skin, get him jewellery and more dresses, hair decorations, help him understand it's okay to be girly in appearance as a male. Hell, considering the Frost Elves' gender dimorphism is much more blurred, he'd probably fit in more with them than his own people, not having to be built like a brick appartment block and all that.

Alternatively, while this wouldn't be my first choice, corrupt or Dark Knight Champions have bullying material on him for life, and could find all kinds of ways to mercilessly victimise him when they're not dragging him into the bedroom and making him feel/cum like a girl.

This, but utterly chaste.

I'm serious.
