Hmm... I'd imagine that in a world like Savarra, once one gets stuff like dementia, parkinson's or alzheimer's, said person is royally fucked.
Depends on what magic can do for those conditions. We know there are hard limits to healing magic (see Elyon's quest) and the Behemoth is so far gone that even if you're a White Mage and have Cait in your party you can't do a thing for him mentally, but if it's something caught early enough maybe a skilled healer could do something about it? Oh, and as we hear from Wild Hunt, miracles from the Seven are potentially A Thing when magic fails.
So I imagine that if Sanders did start to lose it (and isn't, say, prevented from noticing the Champ is a kitsune because nobody thought to account for it) then Liaden could try magic or ask mama Lumia if she'd like to intervene, pretty please? Or Eryka could do the same with Velun.
Regarding acess to healers and white mages, I'd assume that getting that sort of treatment would perhaps cost a pretty coin in electrum. Something that the poor might struggle to pay.
And appealing to divine intervention... it's essentially a gamble. Sometimes the divine might simply not answer, or they might answer and tell you that your time is due. Didn't get the impression that the 7 (as they are now) are universally benevolent.
I would like if we could get more slaves. Basically, being able to own people. Like Catt harem just more literary. Like we will able to do with Einin.

I'm not saying it isn't (it's literally what happened to Ryn's father after all), just that it might be an option for treatment in the setting and that mental illness may not necessarily be completely beyond help through that or less divine magical means. Or, y'know, even more mundane options like medication. Winterstem exists after all.

More companion talks during your average interactions is something that I would like . I feel like if other companions got at least as half as much attention as cait, the game would feel livelier.

Good fucking lord, I am absolutely fucking terrifyied. Like i though being at 40 kits was a lot but they've single handedly doomed all of the marches.
Not just the Marches, I should think... probably more like Savarra as a whole.
Man's single handedly brought the Foxen to the cusp of world domination before Kasyrra really gets swinging. I think that deserves a custom post-game ending lmao.
EDIT: Then again... that save file must be approaching Day 96 000. Logically speaking Kas probably took over the world a long time ago.

Hi, all! Just got into CoC II about a month ago. Already a Patron. Please go easy on me as I have yet to experience a LOT of the content, so I don't know if maybe some of these are in there already in some way or not.
I'm probably in the minority here, but I'd LOVE to see more Behemoth content, sex AND story-wise. Maybe if you're on good terms with Kas you can inquire about him?
Also, It would be SUPER HOT to see Brint becoming more and more domineering as your relationship with him progresses, especially if you bottom for him.
More options to have your party members interact with defeated enemies. (ie, Throw Brienne or Arona to the minotaur miners or corrupt centaurs.)
More June and Jin-Jin at or away from the Gym.
Finally being able to encounter Nino and Nils and progressing Ninian's story (potential for more gender shifting?).
There's a LOT more stuff, but I'd say those are my top five, for sure.

I too would love to see the "even rougher" meter applied to even more content, similar to calling him "daddy" spreading out to the Elthara content.
Last I was aware of, Hugs left the community on his on accord stating (in a general sense) that he left for mental health reasons.
I am an absoloute sucker for the "Yes Daddy" option with Brint, I'd love to see it spread to other scenes/content similar to how Arona bosses my champ's subby butt around with Elthara and the sleepy snake lady.
Also I can't wait to see more scenes where you can do subby stuff alongside Cait. The scene at the temple with a certain Skimpy Cat and Cait is so good! Cait being more dommy/topping the champ is something I'd like to see more of because my champ is a mess.
I suppose that more sex content could happen with him but story content is unlikely. There isn't enough of his original personalty left to be worth talking about and a conversation explaining who he used to be would probably sit at the very bottom of Wsan's pile if it were on his To Do list in the first place.
Wouldn't mind seeing this either. We'll definitely be getting a lot of Brint/Brienne content with Khor'minos so who knows?
I imagine that for a lot of the older content the writers have long since moved onto other things but it might be something that community writers could propose. Fleep wrote the mino miners, dunno if there are plans to add more content to them at this point or not.
