Not as an automatic consequence, no, but if you are at that point there might be Bad Ends that result from sex where you cum your soul out as well as your brain, which wouldn't happen otherwise. The public design doc makes some mention of it.
They are supposedly teetering on the edge of expelling their own souls out and becoming full demons, so as soon as we reach the point when we are dealing with Kas's proper lieutenants any of them would in theory have a laughably easy time giving that process a nudge and nabbing the soul. I assume Kas's orders will be the only thing protecting a fully corrupt PC from that fate at any point, and any specific bad ends will come as a result of tempting those big demons enough for them to disreagrd those orders.
Other possibilities (no confirmations, just guessing) for people who could push us over the edge include the Alraune and Farrah, one of whom will do this to Jael'yn if you send her to the Wayfort so no reason they couldn't do it to you. The way the doc words things, it's also possible that random mobs like the imps or demon cultists could do this if somebody cares to write it.
So its not actually implemented then? I started a while back playing a DK champion at 100% corruption but it didn't really do much but sound like a complete asshole. Is there a harpy TF? I quite enjoyed playing as one in CoC X but then we got to fly with our fluffy chicks from Sophie.
Not yet, unless you count the Bad End in the Wayfort if you keep sucking on Kas' dick and forget to say 'when' while having sufficiently high Corruption. I think it's 60+.

The whole entirety of the cult is built on Kas, so it wouldn't be to far off to see that happen, he isn't stupid but he is over confident.
I'd like to mount his head on my Wayforts walls, but do some God of War shit and keep him alive and Leold.

The thing is Kas is the likeable main antagonist, you don't want to not kill her but you don't want her to be a demon either.

This reminds me, has there been floated around any ideas about the Seven bestowing their own brand of holiness without the emphasis on 'holes' onto the Champ after they really take note of Kas and us fighting her? Aside from the soul-binding contracts and vows with individual gods, that is. Like a general anti-corruption meter.
Animated severed head would be pretty close to necro stuff, which is a big no-no IIRC, both in the setting and as a devs' policy. It can work if we somehow make Tollus a dullahan like Atugia, but stash the body somewhere or give it to some of the Corrupted Anonymous members we are collecting in Wayfort. That way we can pump his nogging for info while somewhere nearby he is pumped by his second hand victims.

I would have expected some thing like Dullahan, controlled.

Lady Evergreen and Arona (seeing as Arona is the only chick with a dick in our party and Oxana loves to be bred also why does Brint only get the threesome with her?), Kiyoko and Cait (just like in the dream), Carmen and Tui (when we finally get sexual content with our sexy cumpire) Senja and whoever, Brienne and Kiyoko and Cait (because why not). Arona and her sister.
I'm guessing no, since giving your soul to one of the Seven already kind of does this. If your soul isn't on speaking terms with your body any more, you can't actually lose it via corrupt sex. Some time back Tobs mentioned that it basically prevents Bad Ending via demonic transformation, though it won't necessarily save you from some other kind of bad end inflicted by the same encounter.
Given that Tollus is willing to go behind Kas' back and that it's possible for the Champ to be romantic with her to the point that (newest patch) she'll personally step in and stop you from getting the shit murdered/fucked/both out of you by one of her demonic subordinates if you're in that state I wouldn't be entirely surprised if she might not want to express her displeasure with him with a late-night visit to the Wayfort Sex Dungeon if something like that happened, with all the right conditions being met. That said I also really don't want the ideas of Tollus and sex linked anywhere in my head, because ew.
Dunno about a foursome because that's not so much Kiyoko's thing (she seems more into watching the Champ getting it on than seriously participating and she hasn't shown any interest in non-kitsune in the waking world) but a Cait/Brienne/Champ threesome sounds like the kind of thing Wsan might be interested in writing in the future.
Still got my fingers crossed that the stars align for Wsan's plans to do a Brint/Ryn/Champ weekend date and, well, pretty much all his planned Evelyn content.

He doesn't look half bad, tho, IMHO. He is certainly a representative of far less hot and alluring evil when compared to Kas or even the creatures she corrupts, but he isn't all that unfuckable. We can always turn him into a hot goth girl. Just saying
I would absolutely love to have that option for players to add images for their characters here too.
That would be nice but sounds a bit troublesome outside of those who havent taken some like say becoming a ball of floof and fox(for now). Mostly due to the whole "that cake you out made you now have a turbo cock with a V8 installed in it". Cause from my experience with the RNG of transformations its hard getting an exact of what you want.
I mean, if you're using custom art in the first place it means you've either found a piece you like or you have the skill to draw it yourself or the money to commission someone to do it for you. So the option to add a body shot to the Character page would only be an issue if you decided to change what your Champ looks like later and that applies just as much to the portraits as it would to a hypothetical body shot.
If you use custom art for your Champion, the image's code is stored directly in the save file. That's why there's such a low upper bound on file size. Adding a potentially massive knee-up image to every save would probably make save file size absurdly unworkable.
Oh yeah, I forgot that it was mentioned that's why the file size limit is what it is...
And here I was thinking that the portrait was somehow stored online, due to the "button" having "Upload" written on it...
I wish there was a way to visit Kas' palace on the neutral path with her, neither hostile nor romantic.
