Got the demon Breine dream. And it got me thinking, while yes being evil is fun and all, it's also boring. Bad guy characters tend to loose depth and complex dimensions. What is good for characters though is when Corruption means less brainless fuck pet, and more seduction to evil. I like how demon Breine did everything for love of the Champion. Moral depravity shared is the best kind.

One of the big problems of writing evil stuff in an RPG is that an intelligent evil character (unless you're chaotic evil in which case nobody cares, go murder a village or something) just acts like a good character right up until the moment(s) of truth. This isn't really related to the Brienne thing, I just wanted to say it. An adventurer looking to become a lich by sacrificing his party members is going to act exactly the same as a lawful good dude accompanying his bros. Shit's hard to write.

I won't spoil the Brienne corruption stuff but I'm looking forward to writing it.

Just wondering, do imps possess the demonic ability to shape change at will and if not are they susceptible to the effects of trans formatives?
If either is true then one could hide them in plain sight. This does not mean their nature could be hidden they will always be little shits and they don't have the discipline to act otherwise.
However if one could restrict their interaction with the community and put them in the tender care of something ostensibly benign but truly terrifying [Mother Mae Eye].
These "orphanages of the Damned" would effectively be garrisons to be called upon when "the glorious day" comes.
I doubt they are Kas' style but Tollus or a zealous lickspittle?

I am curious if Imps feel affection for their sire or not. Lewd madness is epidemic in the world of Corruption of Champions 2, as it is a porn game for fucking your choice of bitch or stud. But Brienne and some of Kaz's possible growing relationship with the champion suggests love can be part of a demon, if so horny they could fill a volcano with their choice of fluids. So depending on how Imps are treated, do they feel a connection to their parent, or are they just mindless spawn of corrupted wombs.

Also, more lore. I love magic systems, and the Godwar is something I would read a book for. There are hints of solid setting in between the jiggling tits and quivering quims. Color me surprised at how I want to learn more about the cat people and their religion or how magic works.

And speaking of corruption, Etheryn becoming a demon like Brienne would create a character arc for her. Going from scared of her own shadow to dark queen of the frost and all that.

In general I am for accepting Kaz as she does have a point oddly enough, sexual paradise would remove quite a few problems and depending on how done could be argued as the ethical choice. Brienne isn't a demon and she isn't Brint's 'corruption path'. Wsan has plans for them, we don't know what they are yet.

Though I will agree with you that Ryn being demonized as a result of the Champion's actions would be an interesting development, especially if her first act is to turn the tables on you because to push her to the point where she'd even consider the option (as things are currently written) pretty much requires that you be either neglecting her emotional well-being or are being actively abusive. All that said, Ryn already has a character arc so a demonic corruption route would only be a possible outcome, not the arc in itself.

Savin has confirmed that the Champion will eventually be able to offer Lumia their soul but Ryn will not be able to become one, though there had been some interest in writing that. It sounds like the physically-oriented gear set that's been teased for Ryn will be related to the valkyries though.

Both Champ!Valkyrie and Ryn content are my jam, so I'm looking forward to both of those.
