Who knows? Unless you write it it's not going to matter. I highly doubt, given how vividly different the PC can be this time around, any family will be done up in the game beyond what you create with the local waifu. And then they'll be kids.

PS; the undead thing as told to me is "are they cold and rotting? Then no." Vampires are more life siphons, the twits, then just straight up dead people. And dullahan are traditionally fae.

An old time lurker here. My favorite from the first game by far was Ceraph so i would really like to see its return, or at least the character type.

My main interest is body part swap/theft and attribute swap/theft which with all theese tranformations could be real nice.I always liked the devil bargain type of content for example buying money for exchange of your stats or talents or have a disguised demonnes whisper into your ear: "What a nice bulge you have there, it would be a shame...." . I always liked the concept of a casino/shop where you barter with body parts and attributes as payment. It would be nice for unwanted tf-s too so if you are lucky you can trade your tf-s for better ones.

I'm really into more obscure and dark stuff too like for example a dark ending: you got into a really bad debt and you try to exchange stuff for money but you ran out of stats and desired body parts so finally you can exchange your fate with "somebody" so she becomes the hero and you have to live her original life.

I can't speak for the others, but selling your soul for various goodies will be a thing.

You sir, how can you sell your soul?!, you are promoting satanic activities and may god have mercy for your soul because I will not have it for your life.

For the church! Kill the heretic!.

You know, it's interesting to look at the etymology and origins of vampyre; they've been around for thousands of years as folklore. They where rotting and bloated corpses of "evil" people that rose from their graves at night to feed on the life force of innocents. Sounds a little like blood zombies, no? Anyway, it wasn't until Bram Stoker's Dracula that we got the modern rendition of vampire (notably without the body horror) which leads us all the way to present-day young adult fiction with vampires having become immortal Übermensch who sparkle in the light. It's crazy to me to think about just how much things can change even for something so simple.

Stupid, sexy vampires.

A return of the slime armor, but it works sort of like a reverse gargantuan. Depending on your corruption(or its corruption, if that can be tracked separately), it occasionally decides to molest you in increasingly severe ways, raising your lust but also acting as an AOE lust attack against the enemy party.

It's like a gangbang in your pocket!

Another idea: In-combat sex. Certain classes can "tank" an enemy or enemies by engaging them with sexual activities while the rest of the party engages in normal combat. Be careful if the enemy can do that to your party and they decide to do it to your healer! Would also need "rescue" mechanics in case someone absolutely must be freed from engagement.

Also: symbiotic/living armor. I adored Valeria in the first game, and the Grey Goo armor from TiTS was awesome as well, mainly due to the fact that you could customize it!

Somethings I'd particularly like to see is the inclusion of Modular effects and Merging effects.
Merging is something I'm into, and would also like to see!

I have lurked alot and enjoyed CoC normal and the mods for it, but my idea is this, for players who like to go pure corruption in some play through, there would be corruption only places that are unlocked for them *And Vice versa for Pure players* but eventually they get the option to lock in a demonic form or even at the start be able to become a Succubus/Incubus/Omnibus and they start to corrupt everyone/everything they encounter unless already corrupted and they have corrupted gear, weapons and spells and eventually it would lead you to taking over.

I would like better combat AI, even if it's far from perfect. But basic functionality like healing when hurt, using powerful abilities as soon as they're off cooldown, taking advantage of glaring weaknesses to particular damage types if those happen to be found, targeting a specific character, and so forth. If that would be too difficult for players, it doesn't even have to be applied to all characters, just for bosses!

Unless we get access to magic portals i'm gonna assume that a return to Tel'Adre is a no. (Bit of a note, when I first played CoC and found it, I had Morrowind nostalgia. You can guess my chosen great house from that)
Anyway, outside of visiting Tel'Adre, getting a companion from Mareth would be interesting so as to get some cannon conclusions of the storyline.

Another thing, if we do get to visit Mareth/Tel'Adre, is a character import thing for say a statue of our CoC1 character(given all the effort involved with such an import system, including character variations, i'm gonna assume a no to this as well, but it doesn't hurt to state a desire)

And finally, companion customizability on the scale of Terry from FoE(I did read earlier that Terry's creators are a bit of a sore subject, but his customizability was one of my favourite facets of his character. I am NOT asking for the character himself, especially seeing as how he shouldn't exist yet in this timeframe given its only been one year since CoC and thus Terry, who is of close age to Cassidy, Helspawn's grandchild, hasn't been born yet. I think my chronology of the situation is correct, although feel free to let me know if its not)

I apologize that my desires are so unfeasible however it helps noone to leave them unstated and who knows, I may inspire a more feasible idea down the road when someone reads my post.

A second apology for my improper use of parenthesis. I tend to use them to separate a secondary thought from a primary one.

More:
- Puzzles
- Secret Locations
- Methods of Fast Travel

One of parts I thought was great in CoC was the Sphinx and her riddle game. I'd love to see more puzzles. Also, CoC often required you to hunt a bit before finding certain areas. I liked that first time of discovering new places. However, I was never that excited about having to randomly search over and over to find Lumi's laboratory again or the merchant who sold Vitality and Scholar's potions after I'd found them the first time. But I love the idea of secret places where conditions have to be met or an item has to be to open a door or find a place. CoC had a great idea where dungeons showed up in the list of places. As an aside, being able to reach a particular place without having to travel all the intervening squares as in T.i.T.s would be great. So teleporters or other ways to fast travel would be very handy.

- Methods of Fast Travel

I know Fast Travel has already been stated will be a thing, so... Yeah, that's a thing. I believe it's in the form of waystones at certain locations (usually at the end of each zone, I think?) that you can teleport to and from

Also, IIRC Mareth is meant to be a world that anyone can teleport *to*, but nobody can teleport *away* from... at least until the BBEG of CoC2 apparantly figured it out very shortly before the end of CoC1

I always thought it was sorta weird that this hella lusty suit of goo armor never saw fit to play with you at all lol.
It could just be lil mini-events that slightly increase or lower lust and could have increasing effects depending on corruption. Or it could be straight up ride you till you bust in the middle of a fight. Either/or sounds good to me!

With "consequences" later if you finish the fight before they finish ;D
Could result in different bad ends/not game-ending bad ends if you lose while your companion is 'tanking'..
Might also be a way to discover kinks in your companions that you/they didnt even know they had.

*looks at outline for corrupted fey mobs and their force-tf-on-loss*

Well shit.

For real, though, what you have to do is the thing Lilith's Throne does: still give players an opt-out even after losing. In LT, losing a fight to an enemy with the TF kink makes them try to force transformatives on you, but the PC can spit them out and actively decide to not be affected by them with zero repercussion. That's basically what you have to allow for it to work without pissing people off, and I know that having that option and signpost kills it for some people, but there are those of us with forced (or rather, "administered") TF kinks that can still get into it despite the little mental speedbump that is the player agency.

Plus Lilith's Throne just added the ability to disable player refusal of forced TF's in a recent patch, so that's an option for those that really want to engage with forced TF content. We should probably look into the possibilities of doing something like that ourselves if at all possible, tbh...

Honestly, I really like how Lilith's Throne handles TF content: you don't need to savescum to get the TFs you want, which is my least favorite thing about CoC and TiTS, and you can cherry-pick exactly which ones you want.

I have forced TF's turned off altogether in LT. Not that I lose battles (ever but that's because combat balance hasn't been addressed yet), but I can't be asked to craft a potion to fix my TFs should the impossible happen when I have like 40+ slaves that need to be worked on...I was never a fan of forced TF's especially since TF's in CoC and TiTs are random and I'd have to save scum hard to get my snowflake back to where I want them. :/

(Yes I know bothric oil addiction does a few subtle TF's but that shit's hot so I give it a pass)

I'm hoping TiTs will let us buy designer gene mods later on without the randomness.

You can already do that in a few instances, actually. There's a styling shop in Tavros that lets you change hair/fur/scale color, and theres a mod called Catnip that lets you specifically choose which parts of your body you want cat-ified.

Problem is, those things are a lot harder to code.

Eh. Not really? I don't know the system they use, but unless the TITS code is some unholy spaghetti mess, it really should not be hard to just "when this item is used, present user a menu. Depending on what button clicked, apply specific TF"

That shit should be trivially easy

what does that even mean
Modular is the ability to take ones self apart safely, with being able to reattach the parts or even new parts. Like being able to pull off your dick use it as a club and put it back on. Or take off your head, and put it on a super robot body. Or perhaps the monster's head. Think the Feiry creatures from the Labyrinth.

Merging is the ability to blend things together. Like two characters merging into one more powerful character. Or turning someone into your cock via CTF and merging.

Modular is pretty much not happening, given the current trend of PC transformations being assigned writer-friendly limitations, but i do really hope there will be some CTF eventually, even if only as a bad end.

Writer friendly limitations?
Basically, the PC is always of a somewhat normal body shape. Two legs, no taur or naga lower bodies, and only two arms and one head. Wings and tails are allowed. Also the PC always has some form of genital. These assumptions makes it easier for writers to create scenes, and reduces the parser mess needed to account for various scenarios (such as being a neuter taur). Most forms of persistant modularity would interfere with this. However, you can still use it for NPCs, or have the PC gain temporary modularity if it is removed by the end of the scene.
