Imps, as currently presented, are more akin to forces of nature than real characters, running on instinct, hyperfixated on sex. Ivaze is described as 'lust incarnate' in her appearance tab.
My point is that all those characters have more to offer the PC, and the player, as characters than Ivaze, which is a feature, not a bug. All demons used to be people with souls, immediately putting them closer to par with mortals than imps. I don't think it's such a stretch to suggest that if you repeatedly lay with something as spiritually vacuous as an imp - officially described as 'degenerate' and 'horrid little balls of lust' - to the point that you give them your soul, then the PC becomes spiritually vacuous themselves. Kassyra, Sandre, Caera, etc, all at least have something else going on in their lives. Even in Ivaze's bad end, she doesn't have much going on other than growing her harem (and spending quality time with her favourite).
So, yes, I kind of am saying that every possible future of piping Ivaze would lead to the PC's corruption and enslavement. Which is, you know, the same penalty for losing your soul to anyone else. In the paragraph you quoted, the word 'eventually' is doing some heavy lifting. You are what you eat; if you sleep with dogs, be prepared to wake up with fleas; etc.
