He blinks a bit then notices that, yes, he does feel a connection with his sister. He can almost feel exactly how far away and what direction she is in and if what the book said was true it could do more as the bond strengthened, though there were some complications now that he was bonded. His train of thought is interrupted by her next question, and her rather tight green ass, "Pregnancy? Well dryads can get pregnant from just about any race and gender because of their magic. They also have the ability to sense when an egg, or several, have been fertilized and even control when the pregnancy begins, and how many, but must go through with it once started. Time wise I think the book said about twelve months since they require magic to develop as well. Considering last night, and any possible future nights, it's a good thing you have to consciously want to be pregnant, other wise fertilized eggs just stay dormant until you are ready. In fact I don't think you can start up a pregnancy until properly bound somewhere though you can still be fertilized." He is very glad to have found that book now and makes a mental note to take it with him.
He then gets out of bed and goes to his dresser for some clothes, and returns to his original train of thought, "As to the bond, remember that at best I am a familiar, you are still going to need to by to a physical location at some point though our bond increases that time. Also things might get interesting, because from what I read dryads only bind to female creatures, or at least all know pets and familiars are female, due to their magic making them incompatible with males. They also aren't fully human either so I don't know what will happen to me now that we are bound."
He picks out a set of clothes and turns around toward Zoe with a smile on his face, the thought of being transformed himself appearing not have any effect on his mood, a likely effect of the bond or his own feelings of wanting to stay with Zoe and be useful which the bond amplified. "Want to go take a bath before getting dressed?"
