In TiTS there are two "good" endings which imply Steele gets married:
Akane(?) the space Yakuza and Frosty the Frostwyrm

Who says polygamy is illegal within these universes? I would be genuinely shocked if it was.

Yeah polygamy is 100% legal in the setting (at least at a Confederate level. YMMV based on planet). Kattom explicitly has like 5 wives or something.

Very nice, I meant this rate my character had like multiple boy/girlfriends and a wife so it better be lol.

But anyway, back to kassyra, if we do do done kind of good demon path, which had been done before in coc with the imp Pablo, and, come to think of it, cephra could be enslaved by morally good characters such as mine, so I feel a redemption and or at the very least a fix

As long as you didn't botch the decision at the Demon Factory.

I remember the first time I did that I didn't pay attention to the text. Served me right when I went back to visit Marae.

Even the Redemption option in CoC 1 implied it would take a long ass time for the whole Mareth to fully recover. Hopefully the Frost Marches won't get that bad...

Don't forget that whole part of CoC1 where you give Lethice a soul back and she goes with you on a crusade to fix all the demons. That I wrote. Y'know.
True. That's why I'm expecting some kind of redemption thingy. But in this context id id maybe a change of heart would be better for the more morally grey Kassyra

I was not implying it was? ^^;

The question was whether or not PC gets married in any FenCo games and I just added in that Taivra is a thing in addition to the "bad ends".

Ya know, i just noticed another point to add to the "not so evil" side of Kassyra. She moos in pleasure in one of the options for the event for Halloween, and them seems really embarrassed, so she shoves her spaded tail close to you. I must say, that was hilarious!

my wish idea is that She wants you stronger so you can defeat her, cleanse her enough that she can have normal babies (with you?) instead of imps...she's tired of Imps etc...she just wants a real family...and to be a mom...

Do demons have mid-life crisis? Biological clocks ticking? Do their hormones overrule their nature and make them question life choices?
Can also see her forcing her cultists to become stronger and stronger until there's someone she can pass the mantle to before or after she's defeated by the champion. "But darhling...there simply has to be someone to take my role...at least now I had a hand in forming them and making them ready for the role...now I can retire and know even our children will have rivals, but not such a rival that they can't ever overcome them. A little chaos is good. Change begets progress. Look at this region now...it's prosperous...more people here than almost before the God Wars...now our only problem is keeping the Gods out of the game and enjoying our sunsets...and blowjobs...making babies..."

That sounds wonderful honestly, I do agree that is how she feels. Why else would she say "fuck it" to marebeth and just nope out of there? Sure she says she wants to bring othets in but why didnt she? If she wanted to bring others in, why not just do it? I feel she is lying in that to get thr player to beat her either to have loving babies, as a demon, or free her. Maybe even based on player choices, the nicer you are to her, the more gains a stat maybe called love or something

I love this idea and I see Master Analmander liked the post so I hope that means you're onto something.

I hope so too. Cause if I were writing this as a novel, this is how I'd put in the plot twist. It's redemption plus more. You won, but the problems...they belong to the next generation now. Offer a bounty, train your kids...there are cultists to hunt down.
Though Game-wise at end offer her choice keeping dick, modifying it, or removing it... so that she's fully female and beta to you in bed.

Now that sounds wonderful as well! Imagine at the end, about to fight, you go up and just give her a kiss on the lips, and then tell her you love her. Perhaps in more interactions you can show your love before, so she believes you, and you can go peacefully. Like undertale honestly, i think it makes sense. Or heck, even have it where you kneel and suck her off, and then she breeds you while you moan and cum your soul out. Heck, the player might even be able to be a GOOD demon if their corruption was low. So many opportunities!

I have mixed feelings about this. While I do like a happy ending, this type of ending is too saccharine. The cannon ending of CoC1 where the champion works to purify the realm is a bit baffling to me. The demons fucked Mareth -- literally and figuratively. I can't see the champion ever restoring peace to a place like that. I understand they kinda wanted to bury the mess that was the end of CoC1's development and move on, but it's disappointing to see such a generic end to a game and story so ambitious.

While I try to stay away from spoilers, the team seems committed to creating a story and world as complex as possible; on that note I expect shit will go down on a scale similar to what happened in Mareth. Assuming there will be multiple endings, I genuinely hope I don't get the "and everyone lives happily ever after" one. When the stakes are so high, the repercussions of the ending should be just as weighty imo.

To be clear, I'm definitely not opposed to seeing Kassyra redeeming herself. I'm a real sucker for twists where the morality between pure and evil gets crossed. I just don't care to see the endings where everything is saved/fucked ala CoC1.

I thought the whole point of the redemption ending was that through tremendous effort, it was possible to bring Mareth back from the brink. However, it's unlikely, nay impossible, that it would be ever the same. Mostly because I imagine that the pure Champ and re-souled Lethice would eventually run out of Lethicite to purify ALL the demons.

And the re-souled demons would functionally be brand new people, with limited access to their old lives. Lethice sure didn't seem to the be the same person, mostly because she had a brand new soul. So if Kasyrra got a new soul somehow, she may be similar to the Kas of old, but be very different. More bittersweet then saccharine to me.

Calling CoC1, and especially its story, "ambitious" is just funny.
Perhaps now, yes, but we are spoiled for choice. Back when CoC1 was in development the majority of western-made porn games were 2 second animation loops. Sure TiTS can laugh in its face when comparing size and CoC2 can roll its eyes when comparing story depth, but back then CoC1 was the shining star amongst a pile of shit. Hindsight is 20-20 and all that, but CoC1 was one of the first porn games that wow-ed me and certainly inspired many other innocent souls to dirty the internet.

Which is why I find it baffling -- there are enough demons to corrupt an entire realm and defeat a goddess. There must be what, thousands? Hundreds of thousands? More? Of what we know, the majority of the pure populous resides in a single city. I can't fathom any kind of return to normalcy even if they are somehow able to purify/kill all the demons. Trying to find any catharsis in that seems like a lost cause to me.

That's one reason I feel Kassyra could be redeemed, her backstory, which I won't spoil, shows a broken soul, and the fact she noped out of the sinking ship in the first game, I highly doubt she will ever bring other demons in. Honestly she could very likely fuck the player's soul out at the end and they could still live a fairly non evil life. Especially witj how she gets the player's consent to have sex, which i always found a weird quirk of her charactwr.

In a different forum thread The Observer has said by Winter City Kassyra will be actively summoning demons through portals from Mareth. While I assume that's still subject to change, I imagine this was planned months/years in advance.

I may be misremembering, but I'm pretty sure that the first dream interaction with Kasyrra - after you rescue Etheryn and fight the imps - shows Kas opening a portal and bringing in demons.

I honestly don't see her doing that, she left all the other demons after all, what would she say, "Oh I left you guys when you needed me most and i fucked off to some world where i fucked this champion, and let em build themselves up, but sure, come over!" While I think it will open up true demon transformation, hopefully without the corruption requirement (nothing against who put that in, but I would like to be a sheep in wolf's clothing sometime), I just don't know why she wouldn't turn someone who truly wanted it into a...wait a minute! I think she will turn some elves into demons, due to their whole chastity thing, and to keep the player going, she would say they're from Marbeth! Hm. Dunno.

That was in fact changed before I started actually writing the Winter City.

Instead of summoning demons, Kassy's bringing over her "daughters" -- the Dragon Generals, like Kiha. Depending on your relationship paradigm with Kas, she may or may not succeed.
