Fucking with the Zil Brothers (Open for Everyone!)

He nudges Zan. "Grab her arms. I don't want her escaping just yet." He murmurs.
"Now then... Exactly why are you trying to take us back to the plantation, hmm?" He asks, tapping his chin.

"I'll burn it down to the ground if I wanna send a message to that old goon." Savannah says as she positions herself on a branch.

 

[Khorne]

Zan flies around behind savanna and grabs her arms and holds her to him.

 

[Archangel99]

"Really now?" A smile flickers across his face. "So you want us to attack the plantation?" He asks, raising an eyebrow.

"He won't talk to me unless I do something stupid." Savannah chuckles with a grin.

 

[Archangel99]

Despite himself, he chuckles at that. "Ruining an offworlder's business sounds rather fun... But I know they have strange machines of war that spit fire and metal. They would kill all of our soldiers before we even got close." He says, smiling slightly as he waits to see what else she says.

"Man, that's bogus!" Savannah barks in displeasure at the handsome zil's claim.

 

[Archangel99]

"If you mean to say it is a lie... No. It is not. I have seen other tribes try to attack the settlement and the plantation. Always the same result. The metal machines spit fire and metal, and before they know it, too many are dead or too wounded to fight. What do you suggest now?" He asks, his smile growing wider as he backs her into a corner.

"Watch this." Savannah tears her way out of Zan's grip and speeds off, crash landing nearby the front door of the Thare Plantation. She sobs and screams in pain, only for a male zil and a man with tan skin, white hair, and safari clothes to run out to her.

 

[Archangel99]

He purses his lips and narrows his eye, before watching the scene closer. "Hmm... What is she trying to pull...? Brother... Get ready for a fight, if they start coming this way." He whispers, bending low to the branch and carefully watching the scene play out before him.

 

[Khorne]

"Oh fuck. We should go like right now." Zen says

 

[Archangel99]

"No. Wait. Let us see what happens." He murmurs, readying his bow and keeping the string half drawn, and aimed at the old human.

 

[Khorne]

"Well shit." Zen says crouching next to his brother.

Savannah turns to Zan and Zen, gives them a thumbs up, and then goes back to crying crocodile tears.

 

[Archangel99]

"Ah... I see." He murmurs, chuckling. "She's faking it. I suppose now would be a good time to attack." He murmurs, standing up against the tree and drawing his bow back as far as it will go. He aims along the arrow, and lets it fly loose, right for the human!

 

[Khorne]

"Oh fuck me." He says drawing his own bow and fires off his own arrow at the human.

Both arrows hit the man who lets out a pained scream. The zil turns to Zan and Zen with wide eyes, backing away with Savannah in his arms.

 

[Khorne]

Zen quickly changes targets and fires at the other zil with savanna in its arms trying not go hit savanna at the same time.

 

[Archangel99]

Zen drops out of the tree, slowly stalking towards the terrified Zil. "Hey. Calm down. We will not hurt you." He says, glancing at Zan, and motioning for him to lower his bow. "We do not hurt another of our own kind." He says soothingly.

"What have you done?!" The zil screamed in a mix of rage and terror, holding Savannah to his chest.

 

[Khorne]

When zen jumped off the tree he messex up zan's aim and the arrow he shot went wide. With a shrug he jumps out of the tree and hovers over his brother.

 

[Archangel99]

He raises an eyebrow. "What a silly question. We have freed you. Is it not quite obvious?" He asks, stopping a short distance away.

"You shot him!" The zil said, rushing over to the man and removing the arrows from his body. "Master, are you okay?" The only reply was shaky breathing and a sad look from the old man.

 

[Archangel99]

He tilts his head, slightly confused. "You... You are a Zil, are you not...? Why do you love an offworlder more than you trust your own people?" He asks, frowning.

 

[Khorne]

"Zen who care we need to leave now." He says as he lands next to savanna and takes her up into his arms and starts to fly away into the jungle.

 

[Archangel99]

"But- I-" He looks back and forth between Zan and the Zil with the old man. "Why... Why does he... Have such feelings of affection for one not even of his own kind...?" He asks, hovering about an inch off the ground, still frowning with confusion.

 

[Khorne]

"I don't know but I don't like this. This was a stupid idea we should have just grabbed the girl and returnEd to the village. Now come on." He says as he reaches the jungle edge.

 

[Archangel99]

Zen looks back at the... He wanted to say enslaved Zil, yet... This one... He did not have the look and disposition of one who was enslaved... What kind of a creature was he to have a love for his master... Who was not even of his own race?

All these questions and more are buzzing around inside Zen's head as he flies back up to Zan, still thinking it all over.

 

[Khorne]

"Now we take the long way back to the village who knows what they will send after us and if they do send stuff we need to draw them as far from the village as possible." He says as he flies in the opposite direction of the village.

 

[Archangel99]

"Yeah... Yeah... You're right..." He murmurs.

Anyone could see Zen was clearly distracted. He was almost flying into trees, and he wasn't even looking where he was going.
