The race I was talking about were the Myr, and making them all into the Orange variant, then having them unite and come together as a people, then take over the galaxy like the Tyranid.

There is no meme generator, you can just find all of these pictures online, or add in the text yourself. I find all mine online, cause I can barely use paint.

In terms of the guys I actually genuinely like the most, tie between the Space Marines and the Imperial Guard. In terms of race I find the most entertaining, the Orkz. I love both the concept of the genetically enhanced super soldier elites and the idea of just the common rank and file soldiers of the Imperium, which is why I picked the Space Marines and the Guard, while the Orkz are just genuinely entertaining in their utter insanity and use of stolen and scrapped gear they take from both each other and the other races.

Lol, all joking aside, I agree. I love the Imperial Guard and all of its different regiments, all of them being inspired by different human armies from different periods of history, specializing in different types of warfare.

The Orks I always find funny, with the insane antics they get up to. However, their use of stolen technology is limited, and that always confused me. They have no problem bastardizing Imperial technologies, but you never see an Ork Mekboy reverse engineering a Necron Guass Flayer (and they were designed to fight the Necrons), or a Shoota Boy using a looted Shuriken Catapult (the Orkz were designed alongside the Eldar). You would think that they would be able to use technology from these other races that they have so much history with. You would think that they would even be able to utilize technology stolen from the Tau, but I haven't seen Orkz ever attaching a stolen Railgun onto a Battlewagon. It is a shame, I would love to see some of that.

But the real reason as to why I really love the Orkz and the Imperial Guard is because they provide so much biomass to my lovely Tyranids...

Funny thing is what always intrigues me is that the modern Orks that we see in the 40k timeline was a making result of the Orks when the Emperor began his Great Crusade. I mean it surprised me to find out that the Orks didnt have Deafdreds or Killa Cans and would never have existed until the Imperium began its expansion. Apparently the first Mek Boy in the Imperium's Great Crusade, when he laid eyes on the Dreadnought; the way it wrecks stuff, all the while being loud and smasheriffick, that Mek Boy actually says it was the most beautiful thing he had ever laid eyes on, saying that it represents everything that Gork stood it didnt help that it was also an Imperial Fist Dreadnought representing Gork's colors.

Another fun fact I found; You know whats the deal with the checkered pattern on many of the Orks we see in the Imperium? Those patterns actually belong to Horus before and after his fall. With Horus being at the forefront, the Orks venerated the Primach believing that he was da biggest and smashiest hummie and believed that he must be Da Warboss and decided to take his colors showing that might.

As for why the Orks never seem to cannibalize other species wrecks and salvage, aside from their preferences to human weaponry, being the loudest and most heavy metal (Necrons and Tau don't count in their eyes as Necrons were and still their enemy in the War in Heavens, and they see the Tau as pansies even more so than hummies cause at least even a regular hummie can get mean and personal), there is an interesting theory as to why there seems to be an attachments to humans aside from them being around since the Dark Age of Technology, and the Great Crusade.

This lore vid os quite captivating and is worth a look at.

I dont know if you already know these tidbits, but it still surprises me to this day.

Haha poor Dark Eldars, it really says something about their character when even the Chaos Space Marines gets a vote. Cause at the very least some of them can be repented. Where as the Dark Eldars are just nasty.

Yeah, I have pretty much watched and read everything there is, lol. I have sucked it all up like a vacuum cleaner.

Thing is with the Orks, they don't keep much of a history, or really any history. They don't know that they were created to fight the Necrons, they don't remember it. All they have is a sort of inherited genetic memory that animals have. Yeah, human weaponry is the loudest, but what if they don't have access to it? What if the Orkz are only fighting against the Tau on their Northeastern border, and only have access to scavenged Tau technology? Or if they are attacking a Necron Tomb World?

Also, the Orks should be able to see the potential in Necron, Eldar, and Tau technology, enough that they would incorporate it into other things, even if they prefer not to turn it into weapons. I can understand why they don't do it with the Eldar, as you need the psychic powers of a Bonesinger to work their materials and technology, but the Tau's technology should be easy to scavenge and use, and with the power of Waaagh, they should be able to make Necron technology work.

Yeah, poor Dark Eldar. They really get no love at all. How long has it been since they received a new codex?

Its funny, because if you asked me who my favorite Warhammer Fantasy race was I would say Dark Elves in an instant.

LOL be careful what you ask for, most times you get it here on these forums. Last few members who suggested titles to other members and those members mysteriously (Savindory God Powers of Analmancy) ended up with them. Harpy Princess and Pets'R'Us being the most prominent I can think of for titles.
