Brienne is more of a coach than a dominant to Rina. Also you can tell Brienne you're not interested in her scheme and court Rina by yourself without Brienne involved at all.

It does scale, the tooltip just doesn't show the scaling. It'll be in the next release.

Fixed for next release. The bleed will still get attack power and crit bonuses as if it were weapon damage, but will no longer get any other weapon buffs. The base damage from the actual strike still gets everything of course.

For sure. With the way it works currently, if you crit with CPetal as your primary and are dual wielding, both of your attacks on that turn gain the attack power bonus.
