Which final option are you talking about? Taivra has multiple option menues. I don't believe that there are any options for Taivra that require meeting a specific character, but there are several options that require the PC to have a certain personality type.

They don't get to 1000% but it's still very high, like 650%. Besides, that number is only due to the three legit boosts we have currently. It's likely that more such TF's will be added in the future.
