I think they mean more then the extra two from Pussybloom. I'm not sure on that being a possibility. It certainly paints a picture of art from Madamsquiggles when I think how swollen we'd get.

For every pussy you have, you have one connected womb. Only one. The option to have more then one might be a thing that happends at a later date, but from my limited understanding of the game, it would be a massive pain in the arse to code so chances are it will never happen.
