Given that one of Kavi's scenes tells the Champion to ask Tarah about that, I think it's safe to assume 'yes'. My guess is that Tarah's a half-marefolk male and thus affected by the same thing that drives marefolk males mad, and when she took the barley to avoid going mad, she didn't need as much as others (possibly because she's half-minotaur).
I want a feature that makes every encounter dab.
Call it strange, but I'm interested in a bad ending involving losing to the orc thane. I know the scene has already been set in stone but I thought the orc was onto something when he mentioned becoming a bed slave. ugh why does Arona have to be such a reliable ally. maybe it could be like third time is the charm.

I want more reptiles. I want to fight and, most importantly, fuck/be fucked by a lizard man while traveling.
I don't remember exactly how events played out, but I want Argoth to be one of those wandering enemies after Arona becomes chieftess. Him getting revenge sex sounds arousing to me.
I don't really get item mechanics for battles. why would I waste a turn enhancing my weapon with holy damage when the enemy just gets a free hit? Maybe do something, maybe not.
S E C R E T classes. They would be an interesting feature. Most prominent that come to mind are monk and druid
I love puzzles, i just like the variety so far, keep it up.
Yes, Garret can have their preferences for both reasons of realism and etc., but as my male character I also want to have more intimate interactions with him. Maybe He can get pretty drunk that he starts drunkingly making advances with our character. Or, if it's really something someone wants to take the time to write, maybe he can have this whole relationship side quest where he catches feelings for our character regardless of gender and such, still implementing that theme of preference. It's just kinda a bummer to me he turns you down, but whatever i guess.

Also, dragon boss fight when? Preferably without a flat out "You're dead if you lose" bad end.
Another thing, i hate when you just die as a bad end. If CoC wasn't a porn game, it'd be totally normal. But in this circumstance, it's totally annoying. Like, why even give Jarl that body if doesn't even lay his ghostly hands on you? I really hope there won't be that many more coming in the next update.

Prepare to be disappointed then. Not every bad end is sexy, nor should they be.
Fair, very fair. It just blows that when i find a character good-looking but the end result isnt the same as my expectations. But i guess thats just totally normal :v
Considering one of the current Bad Ends involves becoming a fuck toy/breeder for a large troll, you might sometimes wish an eventual death had been stated.
It's a pretty brutal ending, and that's coming from someone who keeps his champion constantly pregnant anyway.

So far, the only make companion we've got seems to be Brint, and I loathe bovines, so I just park him in the tavern and never talk to him (since it's impossible to not pick him up at all), and I fear any future companions might have human dicks (which look awful)
I'd prefer it if the companion was not a trap as well, but what are the odds of having a companion that's not a bovine, doesn't have a human cock, and also isn't a trap? Getting pretty improbable at this point

Planned forever and still somehow not gotten around to it. The problem with these is that I want to "do it right" and that means making it a real project instead of typing up 2000 words and throwing it in. Wakeup variants, snuggling, etc.
I would like it if you could see what choices you've already made. The game is getting quite big, so you often have no idea if you've already talked about something to someone, especially after taking a break. It would be nice if the conversation option would change color (like some RPGs grey out the text) when you've already seen the scene.
A kaysrra love plotline, where over time you could get her to fall in love with you and eventually live in harmony with the world. Too much of a happy ending sure, but I think it's possible. Undertale did it quite well
I think a child questline similar to Kinu's but for a female champion would be ideal! (Inari Kinu is great, but some variety is always welcome!)
