We actually do plan to have a big arena in Khor'minos for chariots and combat. Maybe some kind of mock sea battles, too.

Yeah, that’s pretty true. I just felt the term “Bronze Age” isn’t accurate to the sort of equipment used.

In some cases, it's not. This world does have contact with other worlds, including Kitchen Sink Mareth. Lusina (the moth thief) has a steel claymore that literally fell out of a portal at some point. In turn it's one of the strongest weapons in the game. Plus there was a more advanced civilization around before the Godswar, as the presence of Hawkstone Castle alludes to. So keep in mind that we aren't trying to do a "pure" bronze age aesthetic (otherwise we'd basically be doing 300: The Porn Game in terms of visual style).

So it's a fantasy Bronze Age, where its less the aesthetic and more the level of metal working techniques? Steel just seems more powerful because so few examples of it exist, no one knows how to make steel.

Except probably the Old Country, given how valuable iron is to it.

Yeah the kitsunes have started into their iron age, but their ironworking is still inferior to bronzesmithing on a practical level. To pull a quote from an upcoming kitsune:

Watching her blade whip through the air reminds you of something that certainly sets her apart from most warriors you've seen in your travels: "You don't see many iron weapons around here."

"That's cuz y'all got bronze," she laughs, planting herself back on the log beside you. "Iron's harder to work -- by a lot, I'm told -- and smiths gotta fold it [silly|like a thousand times|over and over] to make it worth a shit. Mainlanders can get themselves much better weapon material, easy to work into a blade and easier to repair if it breaks. Old Country ain't got any tin or copper left, so we gotta work with crap iron."

"Can't you just import it?"

Hana shrugs. "I don't know. I reckon you can talk to Kohaku up at the Kurokawa place if you wanna know about the empire's trading woes. Relying on foreigners for your only source of weapons seems like a dumb idea to me, though, just on a guess. Besides, I hear that the Belharans used to use iron swords some before they got Wraith'd on, so there's gotta be some kind of advantage to it."

"All I know," she continues, pulling a cloth from her pack and running it over her glaive's iron edge, "is that if my weapons ever break out here in the Marches I'm sorta fucked. Don't have the coin to bully the little merchant gal into ordering me a new one, and I don't think the Kurokawas got a weapon smith. Should probably start training with one of [party.has arona|those huge orc hammers -- like yours, big girl," she laughs, nodding towards Arona.

What the boss said. They have no tin or bronze worth anything, and their iron has to be gotten from sand. Actual hematite like the locals of the Marches are throwing away as a by-product of tin and copper production is like a godsend to them. Their ironworking is practically speaking, that complex by necessity and in the end it's still mostly inferior to Marches bronze.

Looking at Japanese architecture for research and seeing how they built all kinds of stuff without needing to use any kind of metal (for example, by fitting beams and planks together like a jigsaw puzzle, or using rocks to weigh down roofing) is very interesting. There are some European parallels like log cabins, but they were never as widespread as they are now.

I mean, the main reason iron replaced bronze was due to its availability rather than irons strength.

Now, which of the following mystical creatures would be considered:
Huldra-pathfinder.PNG

-Huldra: Seductive forest spirit that appear as a woman with a cow or fox tail and hollow back.
001-kappa-229x300.jpg

-Kappa: Frog-like yokai that lurk underwater and loves cucumbers and eating intestines.
9e5de1c157f8991e83e47e1d765839f9

-Nuckelavee: Watery horror from the deep that appears as a giant skinless horse with a man popping out from its torso.

We've already had the sexy fox women in the Kitsune, so I doubt we'll see the huldra.
Kappa is one of those weird creatures that needs the right writer to write a good reason for them.
I very much doubt anyone could make the Nuckelavee sexy.

More than likely, the next focus will be on the sexy Minotauresses of Khor'Minos.

I mean, they can also have cow tails and, unlike Kitsune, have the unique feature of a hollow back.

They occupy the same ecological niche of smut.

I can point out a hundred billion different mythological and cosmetic differences between oni and jotun, and they are still functionally the same, broadly speaking.

Huldra, Kitsune, Siren, Mermaid and Succubus - all creatures that use feminine shapes and charms to seduce people. At their cores, they're the same and trying to use them as such is just repeating the same thing over and over again.

Haha, silly kitsunes. Tronarii bronze breaks Kitsune iron dreams.

Go home flooftail.

Give it a century and some good charcoal. Discovering steel is very much an accidental thing, and making it in a pre-industrial society is time-consuming and very difficult.

Brint/Garret and Cait/Berwyn threesomes already exist.
i know but i was mostly just putting it out there for a suggestion when the game is more fleshed out (like when winter city is implemented or something later on after that) and it would be nice to see how garret can handle two ladies in the bedroom

This might seem like an awful idea, but one that could potentially work: a character that’s basically the tumblr-bait husband. He should be an absolute bastard and incredibly cocky, because apparently that’s what people like. However, they also need to be “soft” enough that you could imagine someone using them as a profile avatar with a flower crown on their head.

Below is some examples of characters that got really popular on tumblr for reference:

I should state that all of these characters are bastards, if you didn’t realize that from the get go. However, if you somehow were unaware of that, now you know.

Idea: duo encounter of Minotaur warriors in Khor’Minos based on the Sacred Band of Thebes, which is to say they are gay lovers. Because this, these warriors would have a resistance to lust damage and be pretty tough to beat. Also, if you defeat one of them, the other gets a rage boost and becomes much harder to deal with.

Small suggestion: it would be nice if there were a way to order powers by type instead of acquisition order (at-will powers next to your other at-will powers, recharge next to recharge, et cetera) to reduce on the amount of scrolling between the list of powers if you're trying out different builds

I'm massively seconding the organization of powers by slot/class/level. I have more than I can count, courtesy of grinding a lot of encounters in between updates and system revamps.
While we're talking about this, maybe go the Divinity: Original Sin 2 route and trivialize respec - maybe find an artifact mirror in the wayfort that lets one respec attributes and unlocked classes for free instead of taxing time and money? (though it's a good way to spend days before popping babies/eggs :p)

With the advent of resurrection powers, I would like it if the PC being knocked out didn't end the fight, since it drastically reduces the value of Cait's ultimate.

While I suppose basing a whole class on pregnancy would be too much work, maybe include perks that let the character fight while ignoring the 'encumbrance' of a pregnant belly, or gaining bonuses depending on the child/eggs in the PC's womb/butt?

Also is there planned content of a female/herm companion being impregnated? I know Cait's probably off due to the whole infertility brand thing (though I find it funny that a sterile character would have lactation content :p ), but I'd like Arona or Atugia to get a big belly and contribute to Gwen's nursery! (and I'm not talking about Arona sowing the PC's fertile fields).
(I suppose that Kyoko is slated to become an actual companion instead of a summon, so that'd be at least one...)

Also what would you say to a scene of victory on the drider queen where the PC offers a submissive Etheryn's butt to be egged?

I know Wsan is working on Brienne Preg. I'm on the fence about Arona Preg, though she'll 100% be able to preg you.

Would rather submit Cait's butt for eggings tbqh.
