I think it's only worth going like this:
Low Libido (<33)
Med Libido (34-66)
High Libido (>67)
From repressed desires, to eager appetites... to animalistic urges. Not really much to say, particularly as 200 comes from Taint, otherwise Libido is a max of 100. If you have 200, you'd get the High Libido variant, unless something like Bimbo intercepted it. Which I've done once or twice I believe.

Does not affect whatsoever. As part of Leila's recruitment quest you will need to get something out of the Sidewinder's storage. If you're in command of the ship, the item will just be retroactively added into your storage menu so you can yoink it and continue.
