No there should have been no changes to the success rate. Remember that if you have a bunch of pheromone perks stacked, you can have up to 90% success rate in both. There was a change to Offer Milk I think on the amount of milk storage you needed to feed the three scoundrels a long time ago, though, but I don't remember the details.
I don't check for the prehensile flag, only long tongues. Basically every oral scene I write where the PC is using their tongue (except the Bored Jumper [blow her], because that was in a younger time) you will get a long tongue check.
Ooooooooh, yeah a month ago I "rebuilt" Meadow and picked up Musky Pheromones so that would explain it. (in addition to Alpha Scent, Jungle Queen and pheromone sweat)
The reason why I ask, because of that Laila picuture, where your oc using her tongue on lailas balls, and it made me want to try those type of scenes

Tonight I announce the completion of a commission for The Observer; I have finished a Kitsune Kunoichi NPC contribution to CoC2 for the future region of the Frostwood. She will be arriving with 8 steamy sex scenes.
Now that this is done, I'll do my best to finish the Fem. Rask patreon vote and a commission scene for Huskar Anno Facesitting, then finally get back to Roo Crew. It's my hope I can finish the last chunk of Roo's initial crew content to make her available for August's public patch.

The Observer is adding a kitsune den to the Frostwood in CoC2 and it's where Kiyoko will eventually get her body back. My NPC is simply another part of the floof saga. She's out and about in the surrounding forest. Tobs is adding some generic kitsune encounters to go with it. I was asked to apply my vulpine appreciation to the game, so I'm glad that fluff-senpai noticed me. He requested this character a long time ago and time and time again it was put off due to varying reasons, worst being my dental issues.
But it's done now, was able to focus on it as of Late June. Roughly 2 weeks for a 40,000 word NPC isn't so bad.
I based this kunoichi off this bit of character art that was posted in the pub discord last year, and I took the opportunity to write this character as a means to do the kind of dialogue and characterization that flows easiest for me, which is formal and soft-spoken. I'm not sure what else to say, since Tobs' epic fluff narrative is a bit impenetrable without playing through novel's worth of content heh heh.
But when Kura is added, she will be an enemy encounter. Victory and Loss will drastically change your relationship, and there's a dash of the future kitsune transformation checked into the interactions as well. More to what people are interested in, she has 8 sex scenes.
