Get together then. Bang some stuff out on keyboard. Be the change you wish to see in TiTS.

And about Bianca, I want her too, but I've read the public doc of her part 2 and I think it's a bit personal for Will, so if someone will be writing her adding to the team, he will need to cut it, change it or write their own. As for Roo, if it's possible, her crew parts can be used, but, personally I think no one will use it, so that it stays as a testament to Will. Anyway that's my personal opinion and if it will be done, I'll return to the game, if not, well it was a good journey.

Eh, probably a nice idea, but I think I'll just ruin it, so I'll leave it to someone else, if no one else will do it, that's fine too in my opinion.

The plans for Bianca were... hoo boy. They were something to be sure, which was possibly in correlation to Williams mental state going down the tubes at the time. Needless to say, you'd have to change a lot of what was planned in order to get her accepted.
what were the supposed plans? too ambitious or just not suited for TiTs?
nvm, didn't realize the docs had been added to the OP, yeah I see what you mean

Alright, I know this is a bit of a touchy subject. But hypothetically, if we had an author or multiple authors willing to pick up one of William's unfinished characters (like Sophora), would it be allowed provided they were deemed skilled enough? What would the barrier of entry be there if so?

As has been said, William is fine with others completing the work, since they have no plans to come back.

Barriers to entry? Finishing a submission and passing quality muster with the staff.

I've heard people say that the dev team didn't want anyone touching it, regardless of what Will may have said. But granted, they weren't staff, so maybe that wasn't true or I just misunderstood.

As for finishing a submission, I assume that would have to be something original first as proof you can write your own stuff, yeah?
