Damn shame William left the project. I hope one day he will be able to return and at very least finish Bianca. She deserves some good ending for her story.
Eh, who knows. Iirc some writers for tits have made comebacks after retiring before. And just because he isn't part if the official staff now doesn't mean he can't still write.

Reverse petplay has been in for a good long while now. So has the Ops Deck, but IDK if any of William's scenes made it in there.
Named, recruitable Jumper NPC Will planned and has a lot of artwork of. I guess she wasn't fully finished before he left.
Her first husband and her sons died in a bombing attack on a military parade the whole family was in; she and her daughter were a few ships behind the target, so they were unscathed. She eventually got a second husband, but he kidnapped, drugged and bimbofied her daughter and sent her messages/pictures taunting her with the results (which is why she's not comfortable with Bimbo/Brute Steeles) before they both died in a UGC raid. When she realises she's falling in love with Steele, her trauma over her past marriages causes her to avoid them out of fear of something terrible happening again, and even implied attempt suicide (given that she has bandaged cuts on her wrist during the confrontation) - Steele must confront her in the wilderness, during which she reveals how her previous marriages went down. The whole series culminates in her throwing away her second husband's ring, accepting her love for Steele, and gaining a third tail for them (who can now succeed at the Touch Fluffy Tail option). I'm pretty sure all that is in the publicly-accessible document repository linked in this thread's initial post, if you want more details.

As for the doc, I checked, there nothing about her past or confronting her or anything. Maybe it's in a patreon exclusive doc?

You know, it looks like this is basically 80% done, with the only work remaining being the sex scenes and the final story bits.
So long as the head honchos don't mind the serious subject matter it goes into, it probably wouldn't be too too much of an ordeal to finish this up and have it ready for implementation.......
I mean, the hard part, that being the confrontation and learning about her past, that's already finished. All that's left is the wrapup......

If anyone if willing to chip in for the sexy stuff, hit me up, we may be able to pull this off.
I do not know how I feel about using someone else's doc without gaining their permision first. Sure, WIll's NPC's are all abandoned, but still... Something about using other's people uncompleate work and submiting as part of your own just rubs me the wrong way.
I kinda already have permission, in a tertiary sort of way. earlier i was interested in taking a swing at sophora, and via nonesuch (shoutout to a baller) will gave me acess to the secret behind the scenes doc.

Yeah I may have to cut that part out... as well as some bits with the second husband....
1st: The woman is avoiding the PC, she's not taking care of herself, and working herself to death taking care of others, that's what you confront her about, her considering suicide is never implied, and PC confirms as much. "She rips the bandage off her arm, gripping the scratch marks on her arm tightly as if to hurt herself, but you wonder if that's the only reason. They don't look self-inflicted at least."
2nd: The transformation stuff is mentioned and never detailed, "My daughter was... my Cecily had been transformed into something unrecognizable! He gloated that he had made her a 'proper citizen' of the galaxy at large! She had been modified to an unrecognizable state!"
3rd: This game has already been thoroughly declawed because of Patreon, so please, can people stop making things up and blowing things way out of proportion?

nah, it literally states that her second husband groomed her daughter, and the wording implies a chunk of it was done while she was underage.

Ah. I remembered that she had bandaged injuries on her arms, and assumed they were the result of a suicide attempt. Glad I was wrong!
Maybe finishing the content of someone who was depressed enough that they had to quit writing and leave the community altogether for the sake of their mental health isn't such a good idea. Their depression might have leaked through in their writing. Just a bit.
Oh fuck that's what was going on behind the curtain on top of everything else?

As for finishing it.... idk. Maybe I'll see if i can ask him myself, cuz something tells me now that this was probably a bit deeper than just a passion project....
That's not per se a bad thing. It made "No Longer Human" one of the best books I've read. A lot of people like "Infinite Jest" for the same reason.
I think it's trash though.

I am not on the Discord. There is no secret cabal of PMs that I am in. I have exactly the same information as you, except unlike you, I can fucking read. You claim to care so much about these projects and yet you seem to have no memory of anything said about them, probably because it doesn't validate you continuing to joust at this windmill.
Don't you fucking dare. Leave the man alone and accept that he washed his hands of this, you selfish prick.
Will's projects are dead. Anyone who has the writing ability necessary to finish them also has enough brains to recognize what a horrible idea it would be, and everyone who continues to lust after them has openly admitted that they have no ability to do the only part of writing for this game that's actually hard. Nobody will come to do it for you, so this is where the line ends. All you're doing by continuing to pursue this is making me well and truly furious at you in a way I haven't been furious at anyone in this forum since fucking Franks.
Just respect Will's wishes to leave and leave his projects be. It doesn't matter if it sucks that his stuff is abandonware, it really is for the best that it is that way.
I've fought with depression many times and it really can ruin your want to do things you've been doing for a long time, I'm lucky it hasn't destroyed my desire to draw entirely but I've needed to leave fandom/community spaces for the sake of my own health to even find enjoyment in drawing again a few times here or there bc it was so fucking draining and I found no enjoyment in doing it unless I split that space. If he wants to wash his hands of this game, let him, don't try to bother him, don't poke the bear. Literally leave it be and respect that and maybe just give best wishes instead of pushing constantly for that "someone" to take up his stuff that is already stated to be a bad idea.
I hope he finds happiness outside FenGames imo and that he will be able to mentally heal in doing so. He doesn't need to come back and tell us that even if he's not continuing writing, because tbh I have a hunch if he did people will start pushing more. And like Couch said, this not being understood is really really frustrating to watch when it's been said point blank why it's like this but that reason why keeps being missed.
Just wish him well, and leave this thread to die, it is that easy.

I know it may be hard to believe but I genuinely didn't remember the stuff about Will having been depressed.
As for why I've been so stubborn on this... I've always really wanted to contribute to this game. Carve my own tiny piece of immortality onto the internet. And I though I saw an opportunity with this, and I didn't want to let it slip away.
