Once you've won Roo's panties (and possibly earned more money afterward) you'll be brought into a sequence of events that culminate in purchasing her from Treasure Nova's owner (and her owner). You will be able to buy her as a slave... or free her on the spot. Or buy her contract and free her later.
She must be Free to be given the Steele Tech suit, as it's given to her in another sequence of events where you just make her happier, do great things for her, etc.

The bored jumpers aren't going anywhere. They'll stay there on ZS for a variety of reasons, mostly for sex/cum-dump/breeding the PC.
From a relatively short night, 3200 words into the Sylvie Oral Worship. This completes the first big half of the scene. I decided to go heavy on alignment checks for first and repeat because Sylvie does seem to feature a lot of dialogue and I think people might enjoy some more waifu-like intimacy with her, so I went that route. I was hoping for Roo as well, but a sharpy is fine too. That said, is there a gallery of art for Roo akin to the ones for Bianca, Leila, and Riley? Getting a look at that would be a nice consolation prize at least.
Besides the Daiidalus pic of Roo from behind (ergo seeing her big butt) I don't really have any Roo art. There's also a meme pic of her holding all the extant Rat's Raiders, having caught them, but it isn't lewd, nor is Rohezk's take on her seen in my OP.

The newest Anno content requires that Anno be a Huskar, and that you've seen all her facesitting content up to this point: done Facesitting with her by way of [Sex] -> [Eat Her Out], and sleeping with Huskar Anno and seen the morning face flattening event.
To trigger the new content you must be sleeping with Huskar Anno. A dream will proc, and then afterward, you'll get to have another scene with her when waking up. The new dream also has a second part that will play when you trigger another dream event. Bear in mind that there's a 20-day cooldown between seeing a new dream, unless you have the Sleep Fapnea device
