In the case of dick champs using a TF to get a vagoo for the express purpose of mothering kids with Ryn, and then subsequently vanishing the vagoo away after enough kids are born, Ryn won't be pissed off/disappointed because of it. At least it's what Savin said.
I do not think that really solves the issue since not everyone wants to play a champion with vagina. Same with not everyone wants to play a champion with a dick..
But I am not worried about Ryn. I have a female champion specifically for Ryn and Berry content. In rest of the saves where I play as dickgirl/male, I only interact with her to brighten her day and to help her find closure.
I think is has been stated before that she will have content that still results in a happy ending for those who are strictly male only champs. But I am a fucking champ of misrememebring.
Some part of me hopes for it, other part of me wishes for male/dickgirl/herm players to feel the pain of not having the best the deal when it comes to NPCs. Especially in the year where the content for female/cboy players can best be described as "you could have done worst".

Surrogates, I think. Though it would involve threesomes, and some people may balk at it. Depending on the character I try to avoid threesomes, because they seem to always come with strings attached.

Wish that option existed for every NPC, what I wouldn't give to tell that elf Etheryn to fuck off. So sick of him and his sissy content go rule winter city and stay there forever.
1) Ryn is a girl and folks around here don't take kindly to people insisting that she isn't. Especially if they are being assholes about it.
2) You can just refuse to escort her after you help her get down from that statue and later to take her in after she visits Baroness of Hawthorne. Then you will only need to have her as a guest character for one mandatory and one sidequest dungeons.
