2. Something that causes the PC's breasts to change into pectoral muscles that grow in size accordingly. Mostly it would just be a new description table. Depending on how far you go into it, a person can set up effects regarding to how the PCs pecs can change back into breasts if their thickness is high but tone it too low. Depends on how you want to do it.
3. More parasitic wild like. Maybe something like a fleshy jumping bug that spews out potent aphrodisiacs, and has tendrils similar to the butt bugs. Main goal would be to latch onto a body part that secrets fluid... dick.. mouth... nipples... vagina... tail cock.... etc. Now this Idea I don't think people would make it a bit cringe, but for the game I think it would make it challenging, albeit kinda annoying. Ticks (what I'm suggesting here ARE NOT TICKS) can secret pheromones that attract other ticks when they latch on. Essentially unless the PC goes shower, is goo (break it down), or other things that 'clean' them, they are going to encounter them with greater and greater frequency until they get swarmed. Get swarmed enough times then you get a bad end. the more you easily fill them? the more stacks applied at once.
Now what I'm thinking about doesn't have the same mouth parts, but a gummy aphrodisiac laden orifice with at most 3 super sticky 'tongues' to make them harder to remove. Longest they'd be on a PC is until they are filled to capacity. For an unmodded PC that probably be about a day where they just have this thing stuck to their dick giving them random orgasms until they scurry off. The idea of a 'null bulge' comes into play here along with several other fetishes.
Weird idea, but I though it would be a good alienesque encounter for the game that ramps up in difficulty the more you press your luck. Where it can be employed I'm not entirely sure. I was kinda thinking calling them 'love bugs' and having them join the random pool for some planets during valetines day would be a good idea. Not sure beyond that, or how anyone will take this very rough concept. Feel free to butcher this for material for other ideas for the game.

7. An enemy that will use your own TFS against you. I mean some Star vipers, jumpers, or even a few others that purposefully try to OD you on throbb or soak would feel fitting. Maybe if they run out, and scramble to find some more to see how big you get you can run if you got enough will power, or it's an auto fail if you're a bro or something. -shrugs-
8. More clothing variety. A leather jacket would be nice? Jeans? Something? I get an individual garment system would never be added, and I shudder at the idea of the drudgery in making that sorta thing real.. but some common clothes modded with smart clothing tech to make them more 'frontier friendly', and over all useful would be something nice.
9. Maybe a tailor shop? Do clothes change shape with the PC? or do they just get knew ones of the same kind?... more so a nonsensical question.. Anyway, the general idea of a tailor would be to alter certain armors/clothes's flags so they can change the properties of the item by one or two points. that caterpillar gal could probably do it? Or would it be a cultural taboo to alter another's work for her species?
10. Random chicken tove in latex for april fools that has an annoying as hell voice. Keeps trying to get the PC to buy performance enhancing pills, and making rude comments until they get strangled.
11. More sex scenes like that bad end with the war lion, and that one with shizuya. Both are for short PCs. Maybe one where the PC is treated like a fleshlight? Picked up, grabbed, and just used.
12. Maybe do something with Kase's tails? The idea of him getting tail cocks is kind appealing?
13. More crew interactions. Scenes of Celise pestering people, or in the middle of milking them of biomass that the PC can ignore or join in on.
