I would love to see the Shock Hopper again, maybe as an encounter on Zheng Shi? Maybe since they had a falling out with the other gangs after the sidewinder is taken her and the LDC end up in the wall in Cherrys Tap Hall as a sort of punishment from the gangs.
Or perhaps just find them hiding out in the tunnels as a random encounter.

The shock hopper is planned (IIRC) as part of the content for the Command/Ops deck of Zheng Shi, which is an entirely new deck that would come after the JS port.
I'd love to see some more Chaurmine/Bhakar/Dreghan/Vark. I know Vark received a (relatively) recent update and has another one being written atm which I'm looking forward to, but I also love the other three!
I'm one of the 8 people that do like mega-sized impossibly curvy characters like Bizzy at max size and the cow bed on Dhaal. So I wish that every off the scale futa character didn't also have a damn horse or cat or dog cock or whatever the new fetish of the month is. Echidna, shark, koala, etc. I do not get the appeal at all. Your options for everyone are 6 inch human cock or 23 inch dog cock for some reason.
Aside from complaining, being able to take companions around kinda on dates would be cool. Walking around Tavros with Gianna or Shekka and just checking out shops or something. They don't have to be combat party member focused, we can always just bring them around with us to a clothes store and let them model stuff rather than have to come and give it to them in person.
And along that line of thought, having your crew give you a little send off before you leave sometimes would be cute. Mitzi seems the most likely to want to give you a kiss before you leave the ship along with Reaha before you get her off her patches. Those two you'd probably have to fight off to get out of the ship most of the time. Not like full sex scenes or anything but a few lines here and there. Also you should probably be getting groped by them more often.

Don't know if this has been suggested before, but I had the thought of possibly having the player's eyes able to change color in response to a stat like lust. I got the idea from Shizuya since her eyes change color the higher her lust is.
A way to lock in hip size, there are at least two pregnancies that cause changes in hip size upon birth.
I would like - and this is a pet peeve that I don't expect to see changed - for scenes where someone compares Steele to a Galotian (which is surprisingly common) to check if Steele is a Galotian. I know, it would take rewriting a whole bunch of scenes from a whole bunch of writers to have those alternative lines retroactively, but it does make those characters seems a bit silly when they tell Galotian Steele that they do x like a Galotian.
I'd like a way to replay more one-off content (like boss fights) in game. A narrative way this could be implemented is an upgrade to the mindwash visor. Maybe we could find a new and improved version that was able to construct/reconstruct scenarios from Steele's memory and imagination. So if Steele wanted to strap on the visor and see what their life would've been like if they lost a boss fight, they could do it.
Better support of double-dicked Steele's. It's always so disappointing when I have to choose which cock to fuck with, and the other one is left to flop around uselessly, or worse, isn't mentioned at all.
A Pick Fight button for combat areas that is guaranteed to proc fights for your grinding pleasure or a Explore bouton.
Ermm, currently ... I'd love TFs for Slyveren and Puazi... and would be nice to be able to get synthetic parts... even just aesthetic with no change to mechanics ..without having to save mod. Outside of that, and this is probably unreasonable but a way to lock specific body features... not mechanically like a toggle but rather maybe with a ship device or going to one of the doctors or something, so if you get for example a set of horns or legs you like a way to keep those while transforming other parts. I mean yeah I know you could save mod to do it but to me using the stuff in game is part of the fun. Some sudo non-consentual (but completely avoidable) transformations for submissive types would be nice too. Like have your dommewulf (just picking her as a example) slowly transform you into a bimbo or whatever. You can always force them off or say no to stop it so its completely voluntary but if its your thing you can play into it. Could even do it as a "suggestion" style thing where they are like "I'd like you more with a X (X= tail type, horn type, whatever)" .. and have them reward you with each compliance. Make it sort of a game where you transform yourself to please them.
Honestly, what I'm most interested in right now is a fix to the logic issue of Mouserella Cheese shrinking balls, when not only are mice known for their proportionately large balls, but the modded mouse-boy in Rat's Raiders has big balls. I brought this up on the Discord a while back, but if it was ever addressed, I haven't heard of it, and the wiki hasn't been updated.

How about something with Briget and the nursedroids on the nursery deck. Briget acting like a stepmom/mom dom and generally mature and guides the sex and eventually involve the other nursedroids. Well when you run a slave empire I'm sure lots of stuff comes up that needs dealing with. Taking out rivals, chasing down runaways, collecting on debts, breaking in new slaves, etc.
Whether Steele would be a full sub to her or try and be like a useful right hand would be up to the writer.
When you go to Dhaal for the party they show up and you get to dance with them
