I would like for Briha to become a follower, or at least a way to get her out of the warzone. I feel bad that the mother of my child in a barren warzone. I feel like Steele Tech should be able to make something happen.

Hmm, I don't really think it's that weird. She goes from: "random attempted rapist" to: "The mother of your child, trying to get by on her own in wartorn wastes while being wanted for desertion".
That's gonna change a lot for a lot of people, especially since being an attempted rapist is kinda the norm in this game/genre and is easily forgiven as a result. No one cares about the random ant on the battlefield. Lots of people care about the parents of their children.
Do they really? Random Zil, Sydian, and Milodan get pregnant/get them pregnant and they just leave, or all the egg babies they have, or the pregnancies with named characters that actually take up to 9 months they complain about because it's too slow, etc... Almost everything I read about the pregnancies is people treating it like a numbers game, not caring about the other parent in most cases, or even treating it like a fetish. Pregnant sex sounds hot(is there actually a pretty sex scene in the game?), having literally thousands of kids because you can sounds dumb, and that's most of what I see here. Besides, Steele and most of the people they can have children with are really young compared to their life expectancy, it's a terrible idea to have kids that early, and even worse to simply not raise them; they're likely to end up in some ungodly factory-like mass homeschooling program.

I don't think there's need to apologize, different people have different sticking points is all. (also, that's not a wall. This is.) I do think that you touched on why it's different here, though:
You have random unnameds that vanish, compared to a lingering named NPC. The more there is to connect you to something, the more likely it is that you will, in fact, connect. Nine month pregnancies in game are less likely to be waited through since you can run through the game's current story in less than 10 days, including travel time. The more convenient you make something, the more likely people are to interface with / enjoy / connect to it. This also applies to egg babies. Humans aren't hardwired to connect to a belly full of eggs like they are to connect to infants. Once that egg turns into a baby, there's a much stronger connection point, especially when you couple it with the idea of a parent being unable to look after their offspring, something that other pregnancies in game don't take the time or care to highlight in the same way. TL;DR, this situation seems to give more things that people can connect to, so I would expect to see more people connect to it.
I think it's important to remember that those are often different people, although there is overlap. People absolutely view pregnancy as a fetish, but I don't think that a parental type response is connected to that. As much as there is overlap between the people who see pregnancy as a fetish and the people who feel a protective instinct when faced with the idea, these are still two separate groups. I think an interesting way to see the different groups here is to look at the way people approach characters like Briha here, compared to how they approach the idea of pregnancy in general in the "Who do you want to breed" topic.
The numbers game thing is a bit different though. I think that's more of a gamer thing. Wanting big numbers for the sake of having big numbers. I have characters with absurd cum quantities but have no real cumflation fetish. I just want big numbers. There's probably overlap between people actually having the fetishes/ feeling protective and people who just want to see big numbers as well, but I think it's still primarily a matter of distinct groups.
I absolutely agree with every word of this, and it's why I do everything in my power to forget just how young PC Steele is, because holy crap you JUST became an adult, you're basically a baby yourself. Thing is, as I said above, everyone has different sticking points, and while thinking about Steele's age makes me uncomfortable, a lot of people are ok with it. People don't exactly think about the disastrous effects of having kids early in real life, so I don't exactly expect them to do so in a porn game that lets them side step those issues to some extent.

Dunno about anyone else's reasons, but I like to write Sex God(dess) Steele. I've talked to people about this some, and it seems like most people who play these games want to play as someone who's good at sex, not to have scenes where their partner's not really into it and says "that was okay" afterward.
I don't care why Steele's able to be that damn good for everyone they fuck, but I think it works for the game.Though I also don't know why Steele has to start the game as a virgin. It makes sense for new parts you grow, but I think that should be an option when you're choosing your character class and other background stuff. Would be nice to pick that part of your background yourself.

Anyway my point is that as far in the game goes unless they're a Dumbfuck'd bimbo, a goo or a slime Steele hasn't so far fucked someone so hard they have gone full retard and given up their life's work or ambitions to be Steele cumdump4life. So having a kid with Sheeka risks not a damn thing in terms of character other than her losing her low self esteem and feeling like she is not a failure

Well... I would love some more content with Brigett. The Nursery as a whole is underdeveloped.
I would love if we would get more people working in the nursery, maybe some parents, like our most beloved antgirl Briha (Who would also make a great Teacher for Comat, propably [Hey, we can not stop thinking of the childrens future, in ten years or so]), or maybe a chef, like our unnamed Naleen friend (seriously underdeveloped, sadly) or maybe just a technicn that fixes the pump up there or a doctor (That is neigther brainwashing nor will neuter everyone, but a real medical doctor, or a V-Ko we buy somewhere, what do I know?).

A third ability column for each class to provide more options for build customization.
I know thats probably not at the top of everyone's mind but i can't be the only one who feels like personalizing fighting/gameplay style goes right along with customizing appearance to really bring you into character. Plus it would increase replay value.
Reading the design doc for CoC2, they mention that they're thinking of implementing a buttslut mode where enemies will always go for the ass when given a choice between that and a vagina. I've personally got a kink for female submissive anal sex, and it would be interesting to play a vaginal virgin who always takes it in her butt. Most of the scenes have anal variants available for male/trap/etc. and neuter player characters, but if you have a vagina, that content is sometimes ignored in favor of choosing the vaginal version of the scene.
You could add a new starting perk, or a menu option, that forces all npcs to choose the anal version of scenes when given the option, or if there is no female-submissive anal scenes, treat the player an a neuter for that scene instead. If you do make a buttslut perk that affects the npc decisions, then I'd also suggest keeping it separate from the current buttslut perk in order to allow players to create slender framed buttsluts as well.

IdI like to see more interaction between crew members in general, the ship is to small for them not to run after into each other at least some time.
I would love to see more work on Terensha, love her design and personality but it's disappointing that she can only be found at Beth's despite her unique backstory that is pretty interesting. It would be pretty neat to see an expansion on her character, if it's outside of Beth's on Tarkus or perhaps as a recruitable crew member

Holiday content would be nice. I guess this is tied to extra Poe A stuff - but honestly I'd be happy if there was an option to forgo all the costumes and the party, and just spend your time fucking around with Holiday 'til the cops bust down the door.

Mabbs could do with some more content, I think. It's not that I love her so much as a character, but her content is weird. She feels like more than a generic merchant a la Nerrasa (who runs The Last Chance store on Uveto), but she's not fleshed out enough to be satisfying either. I mean, you have the option to ask her for sex but she blows you off in quite a rude manner, which is such a letdown and a very flat ending to the player's interaction with her. When I say more content, it could be anything - not necessarily a sex scene, but even just something where you report her illegal dealings, or help her with them, or pester her for sex so much that she gets pissed off and sells you mislabeled mods if you subsequently buy from her.
