Considering that Cait has a melee set (albeit spellblade) and charmer set, and Arona has a spellblade set and archer set, and Brienne has a spellcaster set, I think Kiyoko getting a melee set would make sense. Especially since there's already a kitsune-exclusive spellblade at-will.

Probably Etheryn's 'Wyldkin' set would have an better sync. with her 'Toxic Shock' Power if her 'At-Will' Power was switched to an Power that would give her the ability to poison the target instead of the current defensive 'Earthward' one, that doesn't really sit well in an damage role set. Or create a new/rename the 'Frozen Flower' Perk that would be named 'Poisonous Flower', and give it the ability to poison the target/targets instead of dealing frost damage (i don't remember if poisons can stack aswell, but poisoning with the Miasma Encounter power than could stack with already existing poisons). Yet changing 'Earthward' for a better one would also be an must, probably one that would give 'Obscure' if too much threat was being generated.
