What content would you like added?

More womb tattoes. For champ, obviously, but also for NPCs. Would love to mark more women and men as my breeding sluts.
Would also be nice if they had effects and/or prompted reactions from NPCs.
I'd like to add on more styles in general, some delicate and intricate, some giant and brash
Agnimitra & Viviane both only have a default set each, both of which are a bit middling and fire based. A fair few of our customer base ie those for whom violence is the answer tend to be somewhat fire resistant. It means the lasses miss out on adventuring and get stuck home.
Agni is probably the harder of the two, but you could lean into the resurrection side of phoenixes and go heavy healer or go other mythic birds like a thunder-hawk [I can't think of any other companions with an electric set].
Vi is much easier she talks about trying out different personas previously [witch's hat / magi-cock] . At the very least she should get access to a new set if you turn her into a demon, possibly as the result of a "Well you're a demon now" chat with Kas or any of your pet demons.
As for more regular sets the WiKi lists her occupation as Witch / Mage / Enchantress that's two additional sets there.

A metal head electric bard set is in the works for Agni. As for Viv, I feel like I haven't seen any new content for her in years.

She's a late addition, yes. I presume they added her to the playable section to replace poor lil' Berwyn after the acrimonious split with HugsAlright. Even so, I can't recall the last time I heard she was getting either dedicated content or a major expansion beyond what's already there. Might just be I'm not following the right people, but still.
There's a large Agni expac in the works! I believe B has talked about it on his event submission page. Viv also has content coming. Timeline, as always, is unknown, but it's certainly active.
Well, we've seen bits and pieces of Agni's expac, including various interactions with the Harpies and the electric guitar set.
Can we get another fan weapon like in TITS? Might give you a boost in temptation and/or sexieness due to it being a status symbol, and could inflict or boost storm damage by controling or manipulating wind in some kind of way. It could have lore tieing back to the old country since Tengu would have large feathered fans, thus making it something Kohaku or Senja would sell or give for completing a quest. It could be good for a charmer class character.
More reactions/acknowledgments for being a femboy. I love it when character comments on how chadly cute my guy is.

I would love a mission that takes advantage of PCs mutation and morphing abilities like. Sorry only women from this point and then switch back to male to change identity. Or sorry only people this tall or short can get through this area and PC can be anything so why not take full advantage of that?
I like the thought (and I am not poo-pooing the idea), I just think that, functionally, it would be troublesome for players that like their Champ's form (and some work really hard getting it just right) especially when some qualities are random, or trying to figure out what herbs or concoctions they need to find to do the specific thing (looking things up on wiki), and then buying or potentially gathering them. And then returning to their preferred form after.
I like the idea of such areas, but I think there would have to be a bypass (longer route or more enemies to fight) or other challenge to be done instead (have wings, can fly up ledge, don't have wings, have to climb and need a check or fall and take damage). A short passage that a Champ under 5-feet can get through that shaves off 5 tiles, sure... but then you also need to explain why Brint or Brienne are just following along (or not let Champ take the shortcut without smaller companions too).
So it's doable, just seems like it wouldn't be as well-loved or appreciated.
i see your point, and I agree it would be somewhat complicated not just implementing but it wouldn’t be much fun in practice… oh well it’s just a thought anyway 
Yes but we already have incest in game. Brienne and Rina threesome with Champs. The two leocat sisters and the manticore mother and her two daughters have sex scenes involving each other.
Alieh is only adopted my Kas. So it would only be like "step-daughter" shit, I just dont think that either Kas or Aileh are up for it. But maybe I am wrong.
It means player will be not involved with theirs sons/daughters - non a problem when all children are actually children minus Kinu. In CoC1 some children will grow up quickly and you can be involved with them. From top of my head - harpy and goblin daughters, corrupt Amily children, and there was some starting action with Salamander daughter - but never went further than flirting.
Ofc Patreon banned such content some time ago (in TiTs it required some changes to content) but like twitch - they are not forcing theirs own rules consitently. Seems that sisters with someone else are ok for now.
