I think the reason for why ABOverse is like that:
When people think of 2 guys having sex, they think of a "dick in the butt". So logically, if you want them to have kids, why not do it through the butt. So most people can not think of guys ABOverse having vaginas since ass does the job well enough if you do not think about it to much.
The logic of "2 guys having sex=butt stuff" may is also a detriment to cboys/male herms somewhat. Since if we go by that line of thinking, can a sex between a cboy and a guy really be considered equal/as arousing as that between two "normal" guys? "Like, if I wanted to see dick on vagina sex, I would watch straight porn" or something like that.
But most of all, I do think that most people do not find guys with vaginas appealing. Or at least, if you asked someone would they rather have sex with same boy if he had a dick or if he had vagina, I think most people would pick the latter. Now, preferences and all that, so I can not blame them.
But maybe the sparse nature to cboys/male herms can also be attributed to that, it is sparse and nothing major instigated the flames for it spread. Afterall, what people find appealing in men is not that well explored as what people find appealing in women. So maybe there is an audience for cboys/male herms but no one really struck cord with it. Same way as, lets say, Bible Blacl and a lot of 90s/early 20s smut did for female lovers.

This is a good point but also somewhat the point. I guess really the only two pieces of content I can think of where my idea applies are Atani's marriage and Kiyoko's/Kinu's storyline. Both have unique pieces of gear behind them that don't quite have an equivalent yet, so maybe we could get a shop that sells "magic weapon x" that is available once you've turned Kiyoko down for children. Or a "health regeneration ring" that shows up in a shop once you've denied the Atani romance quests. I guess Ahmri might also fit this bill but I don't think you have to sex her to marry her? Though I do agree with you after thinking about it that it wouldn't make sense to let someone buy rewards from the Gweyr quest, Garret's quest, or any of the dungeon quests because those wouldn't be avoided because of a sexual/kink preference, but because of a storytelling preference. Really just like a renamed unique piece of gear that players who don't want to engage in particular sexual storylines can still get somehow.
And as far as the mpreg/butt-pregnancy content goes, I would definitely want that to be completely opt-in/opt-out because one of the benefits to a male PC is no pregnancy. Until we get a seahorse TF I guess.
We are talking about male NPCs that you can get pregnant. Since you can already get pregnant as a guy if you just grow a vagina.
Anubian TF... first thing that comes into my head. I have a huge thing for Jackal ears and tails. I will admit to being hnnng for Aurera. Honestly not alot else. Um I mean more TFs in general always a plus but thats kind of implied with this kind of game. I wish some of the items you get in later areas were better than the stuff you can get really early on ... like the latex clothing is an awesome thing (I have a fetish...) but its not really useful in the game that much even for a lust based character. Thats minor though, I mean its store bought so its not going to be as good for legendaries but still getting there which isnt that easy and then finding that vendors don't sell any new shinies kinda feels a little let down.

Aside from possibly getting an unscientific idea what percentage of the (forum-going) fanbase is interested in that kink, there would be no real point to it because Upcast Drake has made it clear that the latter is not getting in the game, not because it's hard-banned per se but because it would be a bitch to code.

No, I'm fairly certain (having previous done sparring quite a lot, some of which ended in losses) that that doesn't happen. There is no forced sex for loosing a sparring match with her, only if you choose the "attack" option rather than the "challenge" option. And even if you choose the attack option, which I'm fairly certain has your whole team fighting rather than being one-on-one, and you somehow loose, her post-defeat sex doesn't egg you either. You only get egged in the "flirt" menu's "Rough With Me" sex scene.
So this isn't a thing for the game itself, more for the wiki which i can't edit, so I'll leave it hear in case anyone wants to make the appropriate edit.
The Dreams page is lacking a dream i discovered today. idk what it's called, but if you go to sleep (in Hawkthorne, not sure if in camp) with the Blue Balled condition (requires a Libido of at least 10), then there's a chance you'll get a Dream(?) where the Baroness pays you a visit to give you some relief. Seems to require a penis, female character did not encounter this dream after 100 days of trying.

I don't know how feasible this is to make but i would love to have a global codex system, basically a setting that let's the codex be unlocked through multiple saves, sometimes i start a new game and would love to read the codex, but the problem is that you have to go out and hunt all the entries all over again, either a cheat or a setting that leaves the codex entries unlocked across all saves as you find them would be much appreciated.
The game has several stories, legends, myths and journals(written by others), the stories that the champion tells to Kinu or Kiyoko to the champion about Keros for example, i would love to have something of a library for these types of stories so that i can revisit them again, if that's possible.

It is still done without much of a player input. You can tell that chick and imps to go away if you do not want them, not to the Baron. I hope it is a dream.

i mean it's still serving the same function as a dream either way. It's not like the Harpy visit where you tangibly see the person and remember the encounter into the morning, it still kind of does the memory-wipe thing a bunch of other dreams do. Your character doesn't even recognize the woman as the Baroness, even if you've encountered her multiple times in the past.
If not under dreams, it could at least be written somewhere on the Baroness' wiki page maybe? idk, just feels like something that should be referenced somewhere.
Where our oni and oni TF and accessories at? Oni > other lame ass demons.
Considering Kiyoko mentiones them with Arona, maybe sometime, if ever.
While not ONI in the technical sense, I did recently commission a writer to write a red/blue demon pair because it's a hot dynamic.
