Well, to be honest, as far as I can see the game will not be that complex in terms of mechanics. I think it may lack an info dump about jobs and the skill system, but that isn't even really implemented at this stage..
Aside from that, what else would we need? ...I now want a silly mode dialogue with the demoness, where she explains how babies are made..

I really liked Sera, but she never really warm up to the PC in her scenes, and I thought that was a bummer. Other middle grounds would also be welcome, like a demon that`s not crazy? Most of them have fun scenes on CoC, but they also want to turn the PC to a dildo/onahole.
And transformations! For me it`s the best and worst part of both CoC and TiTs. For god`s sake, fine tuning transformation would make a world of difference.
