Pretty much all of my distaste for some of the game's NPCs could be mitigated if I had more of a choice of what I had to look at while I was in a scene with them.

You realize the game's art assets are accessible, right? Take the picture you want of Taur!Kas, rename it to the filename used by her normal picture, repeat across the various folders as appropriate and there you go. You could make it work with Arona's design doc art too, with a bit more effort.

Can any of you truly say that there's a better way to communicate "hey you can't fix this" short of putting bold fucking text saying "HEY YOU CAN'T FIX HIM, FOR REAL LOL" at the bottom of the scene? There's literally nothing more I could have done to tell you that he's unfixable short of just removing the scene entirely and letting the player figure it out, but I think everyone knows where that would go. The garden is meant to be a bit of a sanctuary for him, so he is "healing" in the sense that he's more or less at peace.

On a tangentially related subject, the game communicates "this is a serious decision which is irreversible once made" more effectively for you picking a color for Sugo's caparison, which doesn't even show up on his picture, than it does for many of the game's most portentious decisions (eg sabotaging Arona's plan by attacking Argoth directly, thereby permanently removing the entire warcamp and several characters along with it). Bold text PLUS a "are you sure?" prompt is good technology to have in the game, and maybe there are artistic reasons for not allowing it in all cases, but it seems weird to have it in places where it doesn't really matter at all, and not have in in places where it borders on ruining your game because you walked blindly into a wrong decision.

1. I play the game through my browser so I don't think I have any access to files; if I do, I don't know how. Even if Windows normally stores the game info in some specific place, I'm using a Linux computer and I don't actually understand how Linux operates, so I wouldn't know where to look.

2. I'd be very scared of accidentally breaking the game if I messed around in the files because I don't know what I'm doing. I've irreparably screwed up several previous computer games by trying to edit core files and shit in ways that I didn't know about - my favorite computer game of all time, Diablo 2, has a semi-official editing program called Atma which I use to move items from character to character, but the program is bugged, and several times I've accidentally deleted an entire character by trying to move one item onto them which has some kind of rogue code in it which I don't have control over.

Why are you using gender neutral terms to refer to Kasyrra, a character who very clearly and explicitly presents as female (note that she has extremely strong shapeshifting magic, and when Demons first transform they chose what form they wish to take based on their deepest wishes and desires, so her presenting as female aside from the giant horse cock would certainly be deliberate on her part) and who is always referred to using female pronouns?

That link should take you to Savin's quote on it. Even if he didn't write the scene, I think it's his character. So it wouldn't be included without his approval probably. I would like that sword, or at least a more balanced version. Doubt fluffy moth Lusina would ever willingly part with it though.

To your first question: Yes please, could we have that back please?

To your second question: Zir is one of the many many many pronouns that were made up for the 50 or so new genders. It's usually safe to assume it's gender neutral because figuring out which gender it's supposed to belong to is pointless. After all, if you had one of those hip new pronouns that could only be used by women you'd tie the entire thing back to biological sex which makes John Money cry more than someone burning his kiddy picture collection.

There's also the fact that Kasyrra is a demon so the concept of biological sex went out the window centuries ago.

Zir is a perfectly good and useful pronoun that's especially helpful to many non-binary and trans and some intersex folk in the real world but it has absolutely no place being used to address Kasyrra who explicitly identifies as female and is constantly and consistently referred to using she/her throughout the text. Genitalia has absolutely no place in this conversation because pronoun usage isn't actually tied to one's genitals but to one's gender presentation. You know what something extremely unlikely but cool would be? Alright hear me out. Post game content, we get the slides saying what may happen in the future with the closing line Marvel Ultimate Alliance that was "But know that these events can be altered." and we can continue exploring afterward. It's not like dealing with Kasyrra will magically fix everything she's messed with. And, going off of that, post game Kas content. Purified Kas becoming a companion to help fix the stuff she did and demon Kas tinkering with portals and stuff but with repeats of specific sex scenes available. It could even be roleplay, so no text during it needed. Would pure Kas be op af as a companion? Yes but at that point the player will probably be max level so any content you go back and do, the player will be extremely over leveled for. We're getting demon Kas dream palace, but what about those of us want to see who basic sexy bitch paladin Kas was. Though let's be real, that may never happen. Unless Savin is secretly snickering somewhere. Plus then Most people would probably grind and rush the story to unlock her so yeah. Cool but definitely unlikely.
