This is fine, especially when there are multiple cock descriptions stacked up, reading "You are wearing" multiple times can be a bit distracting. But grammatically, the current order should be correct as the penises are wearing the articles of clothing, and the penises belong to "you", the character.
For these instances of -1 index, I've added a line to reset the genital indices right before the respective sex menus are generated. Hopefully this fixes a majority of those rogue index values. If not, feel free to report them again and I'll try to look into it further.

If this kind of spelling is found in dialog, it's okay if its spelled that way so I'll give it a pass for now. Spellings like that could be an indicator of how the speaker talks, like speaking fast, or having a certain dialect by using alternate spellings for certain English words, depending on the character speaking. If it's an out and out typo or if the misspelling in the quote is egregious, that would be worth fixing. Outside of quotes that spelling would be a mistake.
Each change happens per hour, so if you get stacking messages like that, you must have advanced time by a lot and each hour rolled the same results.
I've increased the behemoth penis sizes to at least 4-foot in length with a 16-inch variability added to that. Hopefully that helps.
Yes, this is totally fine. "Get that thing up you" is one phrase that expresses an action, and "on the regular" defines how often that action is done.
Yes, toggling off fertility with the SynthWomb will classify your character as being infertile as it overrides any fertility value stats your character may have.
The word "inner" seems to be used as a slang term by the character, so it's fine, not a typo.
This is actually parsed by your character's personality. If your character is kind, they will always slap the left cheek to appease his preference for males. If your character is mischievous, they will slap either cheek depending on your character's defined gender. If your character is hard, they will always slap the right cheek to troll him. So it's not that the text isn't respecting gender preferences, it's just what fits the context of the scene.
i see. maybe add some clarification into it, because as is it has high potential to just be confusing.

This one is less of an issue and more of an oversight, but not really big enough to warrant its own thread. after Velikas "demonstration" of her cyberlimbs, the game kinda just yeets you onto the streets out of nowhere. theres no closing statement or segue, just boop back outside.

Another thing I noticed with velika is that a lot of her dialoge options have 2 versions. like, if you pick a talk option once, it displays one thing, but from that point onwards if you choose it again it shows something else. It feels.... odd. Like its two halves of a conversation that are split up.
Im sorry if this isnt making any sense, im crap at explaining it. you can see for yourself by going onto a fresh save, picking a talk option, then going back and picking it again. it just.... feels weird, and as far as i know its not done like this anywhere else.

maybe add a comma or somethinafter "pussy", otherwise the sentence isa bit of a run on and doesnt flow well
change this sentence to "In the midst of your climax your alien slit stains your thighs as it clenches greedily around nothing,"
