It does, kind of. You have to put some things together:
1. The conditions for lactation are at the top. The most likely to be met is Milk Multiplier at or above 50.
2. Therefore, you need to decrease your Milk Multiplier below 50. (Mega Milk can be removed at Dr. Lash. Milk Fountain can be removed via Amber Seed. So sayeth https://wiki.smutosaur.us/TiTS/Perks, anyway.)
3. I agree the Milk Multiplier Decreasing table could use an update.

Just because i have taken a break from the transformative items updating doesn't mean i have stopped. I am currently doing Ramis afterward i will go back to updating transformative items in and putting their effect in the appropriate change lists (which includes milk).

I was already planning on doing this for scenes with hardlight underwear eventually. But my priority list right now is items -> badger update -> stat gain -> sex scenes by uncommon requirment(taur and hardlight).

I've got a partial list of some of those, if it helps (Taur, Heat).

The reason I was asking about Cunt Snakes and Cock Vines is some scenes require it to be a parasite specifically, and so integrating it via Foxfire/Frostfire or Catnip no longer qualifies you for those scenes. Additionally, there are several where the Cunt Snake/Cock Vine is used incidentally, not as a discrete option. (Again, I've been compiling a list.)
