In Dizzy's page, it says that Dizzy can't be assigned as a cook if Steele's ship already has one.

Ram/goat horns actually cannot be acquired by the faux cow transformation of the treatment, even though the horn page states that it can. It's only amazon and bull and even the treatment medipen page outlining all the possible changes doesn't have it under faux cow.
Suggest that a mention of the Love Starz vacationing arc be added in the Wiki in the Love Starz page (could be just a one-liner referring ppl to their individual pages). For the longest time I was puzzled as to why they weren't at the Penthouse, couldn't find any references on their page until I stumbled into Ari on Uveto purely by accident and checked her individual page.
I don't think the Wiki has a page for Sophora/Evil Bun.

Yes it's possible. But it's better done by using code development tools that can read large files.
Though the code is obfuscated, i.e., the tool that packs the code automatically replaces function names with the most cryptic and shortest names possible (to shorten the code), giving names like a, b , c to functions. That and the code is minified, which means that all of it in a file is stripped of blank spaces and tabbing and then smooshed into one single line. Which only makes stuff harder to read.
Not an inaccuracy as such, but all pages on cybernetic implants don't yet exist even though each implant has almost no information that cant be applied to every item you can have in your inventory (cost, item type, etc.) and thus should be very easy to create the pages for.

The pages for pregnancy and Gel Zon, the Stormguard Lancer, need to be updated.
Vaginal sex with Gel Zon has a chance to impregnate the player. I haven't been able to get it to happen a second time yet, even in deep heat, but my Steele was pregnant with and gave birth to a cundarian.
Related to the above, beating Gel Zon in combat enough times unlocks the Dominate sex scene, which lets vagina-bearing Steeles ride him vaginally. This results in getting plugged and, as above, a chance of impregnating the player with a cundarian pregnancy, at least once. It also makes him respectfully accept if you refuse his challenge.

That seems to be the case. I did more testing and I got it to proc again in regular heat; he might also have a particularly low chance.
The result was 1 Stormguard Lancer egg with an unmodified gestation time of 180 days.
My question is, by how much? I've beaten in Gel Zon's ass a consecutive 24 times, I know his name, spanked him and sexed him 5 times in a row on multiple runs (I've beaten him all together 44 times) yet this douche still won't trigger a dominate sex scene. What's up with that?

You have to trigger it yourself, by selecting it from the victory menu; it's the fifth option. (Your choice of words makes me think you think he's the one who triggers it, which is not the case). Also, the exact conditions to unlock it are: at least one unplugged vagina, have beaten him at least 5 times in a row, and know his name (either through spanking or losing at 2+ honour), all of which you appear to satisfy. If you still don't have the option, that's a bug.
I think there might be a bug, at least for masculine characters.
I've tested it on two fresh saves, one fully femme, the other fully masc. The femme character procced it on the fifth consecutive victory. The masc character has yet to proc it after 7, even after spanking him.
It seem the Pregnancy page on the wiki is not updated. Steele can be impregnated by Edan the Leithan from Tarkus.
Tell you what. Give me a list of the missing pregnancies and the data to fill out the table, and I'll add them.
