The air starts to get hotter and hotter as they walk, and he notices Lady starts slowing down, though she's trying to show no visible signs of tiring. Malkar, however, feels perfectly fine.
"Huh? Yeah... Yeah. I'm fine. Heat is just... Getting to me, is all." She murmurs, panting slightly. He notices she's not sweating at all, and her undead body is probably not used to so much heat.
"Guess your not used to it then." He says before scoped her up in a bridal carry. "The heat isn't bothering me so I'll carry you until you feel better." He says as he looks at her with a smile.
"Ugh... Fine... I'll point the way out. Just... Start walking there." She mumbles, pointing to a grove of twisted, burned trees.
Eventually, they reach the grove, and she raises the pendant, which is buzzing slightly. "Okay the part should be around here somewhere. Start looking for it. It'll be red, I guess. I have no idea which piece this is. Just... Look for metal or anything that looks like a hilt." She says, already looking around.
She rolls her eyes and looks at a nearby tree. "Set me down there. I'll give you the pendant. You go and look for the weapon piece. It's somewhere in here." She mutters.
"Allright then." He says with a grin as he sets her down next to the tree she looked at before kneeling next to her.
She takes off the pendant, before handing it to him. "It's somewhere in this area. It'll start vibrating when you're close, and start glowing when you're standing like... A foot or so away from it." She says.
"Gotcha. Stay put. I'll be back." He says as he walks away from her and starts searching around for the next piece of the weapon.
The piece of the weapon starts vibrating slightly when he nears a tree that seems to have been shattered by lightning.
He starts looking inside the shattered tree moving the pendent around hoping it would glow brighter.
Taking his Khopesh Malkar brings the blade over his head and then brings it down in the middle of the tree.
It starts glowing brightly, illuminating another piece of metal, which also begins glowing slightly.
