Nope. Its a simple case of not be allowed to include incest, not whether people want it or not. The only way they can add it back in is by ditching Patreon entirely, and by extension a significant portion of the games funding.

Even that wouldn't work.

Patreon isn't the problem. Its the financial institutions that Patreon has to work with. They're incredibly conservative by nature and having to fund adult entertainment is something they barely tolerate because of the sheer amount of money it brings in. But even they have limits, hence the ban on direct familial relationships.

Moving to another crowdfunding platform wouldn't work either. Patreon is the largest platform at the moment and often what happens on there is seen elsewhere down the line. Don't be surprised if somewhere down the line, platforms like Subscribestar end up doing the same.
